Our first stay here, but would come back when we’re in the area. Wonderful stay. Room was large, clean, comfortable with a view of Neuschwanstein in the distance. Bonus! Breakfast was vast and delicious plus the restaurant is excellent also. The staff we encountered gave us a warm welcome, were overall friendly. The one and only negative thing about our stay was the free WiFi was limited to 60 minutes per day. Odd.

A very nice modern, still cozy hotel, rooms are nice and bathrooms up do date - only remark, the shower is large, but the floor is too slippery. Front desk is very friendly, they secured tickets for us for the castle visits, which we were not able to do from Canada. A big thank you. Restaurant excellent.

What a lovely find. We arrived after a day of driving the Romantic Road and loved the relaxing nature. This was about halfway through our 16 day German adventure and we were in this area for one night with castle tickets for the next morning and then moving on. I wish we had more reason to stay longer. The room was lovely, probably the nicest we stayed in on our trip (and they were all quite nice). Nice balcony, good sized washroom with counter space (something missing in many hotels). We ate dinner and breakfast (which was included) at the restaurant and both were very good. Our after dinner walk around the area brought us to some neat paths with great views of the castles we would be visiting in the morning. THe whole place is just magical. Would highly recommmend.

What can I say about this hotel it was amazing from start to finish. We went with family to a family wedding. They couldn't do enough for us. We had the bikes and visited the lakes amazing place we will be back. Thanks once again to beni and family for the welcome we received

Booked for a night on the way north with plans to visit Neuschwanstein. Those plans were dashed by thick fog, but what a great place to stay. Large comfortable room, excellent restaurant, and a warm welcome. Will stay again next time I try for a Neuschwanstein trip. Highly recommended.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit zuvorkommender Gästebetreung, mit schönen Ambiente und perfektem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutem Speiseangebot in ruhiger Lage. Aussicht auf Schloß Neuschwanstein vom Wintergarten aus gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt, toll gelegenes Hotel. Wir waren total begeistert über die Freundlichkeit und Service, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden ! Danke! 👍🍀 (Auch zum Essen gehen zu empfehlen wenn man in der Nähe ist ! ) Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen ….

Wir hatten ein Apartment im Helmerhof und ich muss sagen es war alles super. Sauberkeit, Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles perfekt. Restaurant, Frühstück hervorragend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es hat uns super gefallen und fühlten uns im Helmerhof sehr wohl.

Absolut schönes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ankommen, wohlfühlen und relaxen ab da wo man da ist. Zimmer absolut zum wohlfühlen. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke
