Arbour, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 700 m, railway station, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2 km, cable car 600 m, ski lift, ski school, cross country ski track 800 m, ice rink 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochjoch 100 m, Silvretta Montafon 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). 3-room apartment 68 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Terrace roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. The apartment is wonderfully furnished and you have everything you need. The hosts are very nice! The location and the view can't be beat!

The location of the apartment is great, right on the valley run and with a fantastic view. The apartment is well equipped and clean, we would love to come back to skiers.

Wir fanden eine sehr gepflegte, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vor, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, Wanderschuhe und -kleidung können im Flur vor der Wohnung gelagert werden.Von der Wohnung, dem Garten und der Laube aus
