Rowe's Adirondack Cabins of Schroon Lake

My fiancée and I loved staying here. The little cabin was a private oasis on a busy family weekend. Everything was in great, newly renovated shape. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. The little kitchen gave me the ability to work online while I was there, and also not spend a fortune on food. Everyone was also very nice. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second year that I went there. It is such a great place they are so accommodating especially allowing pets. The cabin was great and very clean. Had everything I needed. The owner is great if I needed anything he said to just ask. I highly recommend going there. I know I can’t wait to go back

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at Rowe's. We had to take a cabin as an emergency because the power in town went out and since they had a generator we were able to enjoy a great night with no issues. We were in Cabin #6. It was SPOTLESS and the owners turned on our AC before arriving so it was nice and cool to beat the summer heat. 10/10 recommend if you're every visiting the area and want to stay in a cozy wood cabin.

What a wonderful place to stay, Needing rooms for the weekend to attend a wedding we booked this great spot! The cabins are all you could imagine and more. We stayed in 8 & 9 which are attached. The size of each room was more than sufficient. One bedroom had 2 full beds. The decor was so much fun. Just what you would expect from an Adirondack cabin. It had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee pods and a popcorn packet were provided. There was a bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom with a king size bed included a living room area with a couch. A full kitchen was attached to that bedroom. Both bedrooms had televisions on the wall with tons of channels. Access to the internet was easy and strong. The outside area was beautifully landscaped. There was a small concrete patio outside each door complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs. The linens were all soft and stylish for the cabin. This place made a long drive to go to the wedding into a vacation. The owner was friendly and so were his dogs!!

My only regret is that this has taken me this long to write hence the reason we went to Rowes for vacation for we can never seem to get two minutes to do anything and needed a getaway. We required a place we could take our dog and Rowes was one of the options that allowed pets on premises. We stayed the end of September in the large cabin at Rowes. Upon entering the office, the owner greeted us with such a warm welcome. When we entered the cabin and were not disappointed. Unbeknownst to us from the pictures we saw when booking, we had a rather spacious living room and large dining room table to use in the cabin as well. Such a nice surprise with grown children to have a space besides the bedroom to commune. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The sites we wanted to see were very close by, maybe a 20 minute drive each direction. The evenings / nights were wonderful while taking advantage of the fire pits. The owner was always visible and available for whatever we needed. The maintenance was wonderful and the cabin so clean and comfortable. We did not want to leave and are already planning to return sometime next year when we find another two minutes to unwind. Thank you for such an amazing experience and your amazing hospitality. We found Rowe’s Adirondack Cabins by accident as we were caught in a nasty snowstorm on our way home to Saranac Lake (about an hour from Schroon Lake). We exited at Schroon Lake and saw the inviting Christmas lights lit up. It was around 10:30 pm when we called to see if they were opened. The owner answered and immediately got us into a cozy cabin. We were able to spend the night while the snow fell in a safe and enjoyable environment. We slept so well! I can only imagine spending some lakeside time in the summer! I recommend this lovely property whether you’re planning an Adirondack getaway or if you find yourself in an emergency situation.
