Hotel in zona Strandbad Schönwalde, Schonwalde

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per tre motivi. Uno era il parcheggio gratuito, l'altro era l'aria condizionata e il terzo la grandezza della stanza. Partiamo dal parcheggio, l'hotel non ha un suo parcheggio, ci sono dei parcheggi gratuiti di fronte all'albergo e se trovate posto bene altrimenti peggio per voi. Fate conto che anche in piena notte i parcheggi erano tutti occupati, quindi va molto a fortuna, io dopo un'attesa di un'ora sotto il sole sono riuscito a parcheggiare la macchina proprio di fronte all'hotel. Capitolo aria condizionata, se la mettete tra i servizi offerti DEVE FUNZIONARE altrimenti basta toglierla dai servizi dell'hotel e uno se ne va da un'altra parte. Trovo molto scorretto far arrivare un cliente in struttura e non informarlo neanche del disservizio PRIMA del check in. Quando sono andato a lamentarmi mi è stato detto che funzionava ma bisognava aspettare che raffreddasse la stanza, non era vero, abbiamo passato due notti con un caldo infernale, abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta tra luci, rumori del traffico e zanzare che ci hanno torturato. Praticamente non abbiamo mai dormito. Come me si sono lamentati anche altri clienti con lo stesso problema, la risposta era sempre la stessa. Alla fine di tutto non ci hanno neanche offerto, che so, una bottiglia d'acqua fresca o la colazione o al limite uno sconto per farsi perdonare del grave disservizio, hanno semplicemente fatto finta di niente. Secondo me un comportamento del genere non si può giustificare da parte di un albergatore, se si ha un problema all'impianto ok ci sta, tutto si può rompere, nessuno vi condanna per questo, ma bisogna informare con onestá i clienti PRIMA che paghino o quantomeno mettersi a disposizione per compensare il disagio in qualche modo, far finta di niente non aiuta e anzi se devo dirla tutta mi sono sentito anche preso in giro. In ogni caso non sono io che devo insegnarvi il mestiere, queste cose un albergatore dovrebbe capirle da solo. Passiamo alla stanza, in effetti molto grande, comoda, bagno più che soddisfacente, peccato per la moquette che dà sempre quella sensazione di sporco anche se poi magari non lo è, probabilmente è una tara di noi italiani non sopportare tale pavimentazione. I collegamenti col centro di Berlino sono a dir poco eccellenti. Praticamente di fianco all'albergo, sullo stesso marciapiede, si trova la fermata di Siemensdamm, con uno o due cambi si arriva comodamente in centro. Intorno all'albergo ci sono vari ristoranti, caffetterie e supermercati, quindi tutto sommato la posizione è molto buona, almeno per quelle che erano le nostre esigenze. Segnalo la presenza di un piccolo frigo in camera, cosa assolutamente non scontata. By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Questo hotel ha avuto un rivamp e ora si chiama l'Hotel Art, Park Plaza. C'è un altro Park Plaza vicino..... ci siamo finiti prima! Quindi non siate confusi!! Una volta trovato questo hotel....siamo arrivati il giorno di una sciopero nazionale... è fab. Ignora il pianificatore di viaggio... Questo hotel si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla fine ovest della linea U1. La stanza che avevamo era al quinto piano, in una strada molto occupata, ma era così tranquilla che non ne avevamo notato finché non ci siamo guardati fuori dalla finestra la mattina seguente. Il bagno era un tipo di pioggia grande con una piccola opzione per la doccia testa. Complimenti Elemis gel per la doccia, lavatrice di mano, nonché lozione corporea. La colazione era di ogni penny come parte della vostra opzione B&B. Altrimenti è €18 per una opzione completa o €5 per il caffè e un croissant nel bar. Il colazione è stato fresco, pasticceria, formaggio, carne, tostapane, funghi, salsa, bacon, pancake, cereali, yogurt; si può fare il proprio succo fresco di verdure fresche e frutta. Il caffè era eccellente (mi è stato detto).... Ho preso i miei bagagli di tè, come sono molto fuso, e ho fatto del tè grande. C'è un'acqua calda spectacolare...che è molto ornamentale e era fantastico. Il personale era multilingue e molto utile. Non c'era nulla di troppo disturbo, e erano molto consapevoli della zona e delle opzioni di trasporto pubblico disponibili. Pensiamo di tornare a Berlino e rimarremo qui, senza dubbio.

Passabile sebbene le camere siano minuscole, tutto incastrato,devi fare i turni per girare attorno al letto. In Bagno non ha nemmeno la Tenda alla finestra. E come dotazione da Bagno solo un dispendser con dentro non so cosa. A noi hanno dato una matrimoniale ”Appartamento”, che di appartamento nulla aveva. Prenotazione regolarmente pagata 2 camere un unico file, arriviamo e il personaggio che ci ha accolto ha trovato la prima camera, ma non risultava la seconda. Difficile quando la prenotazione è unica. Forse era un po' inesperto? Dopo mezz'ora e chiamata in Italia, gli è comparsa, ma il bravo impiegato non l'ha registrata, e alle 23,30 senza bussare, ci è piombato uno in camera. Va bene il sorry sorry, ma a me e l'altra persona è venuto un infarto. Il giorno dopo, come scusa un voucher di bichier di vino...ma si può? Ma vergognatevi, e ve lo siete tenuto. Non è finita la mattina della Partenza , ingresso colazione ci fermiamo ad attendere che ci facciano accomodare, arriva uan Sorta di Poliziotta tipo rottermeier, che ci placca in mniera parecchio maleducata, fuori dalla sala colazione. Ci sono modi e modi, certamente in questo hotel che si spaccia per un 4 stele, e costa come un 4 stelle, i dipendenti che hanno rapporti con gli ospiti devono essere istruiti al meglio, in educazione e regolamenti. Notare ero li per lavoro la fiera del turismo di Berlino, quindi il settore lo conosco abbastanza.

The style of this hotel was nice although wish we had booked booked a larger room as it was small and a bit cramped including the shower - had to stand in a particular position to avoid water all over the floor. There was a restaurant downstairs that served all day breakfast, was chi chi and nice although food we thought was average although it was packed every day meaning we would have had to wait a long time for a table and it took over the whole lobby meaning nowhere for residents to even sit. Limited restaurant and bar options nearby, wish we had booked another part of town. Hotel was though nicely styled and very good value for money.

I have just returned from 4 nights at the Leonardo Berlin. I chose this hotel as it was the closest to my brothers apartment near Charlottenburg Palace. The price was extremely good value for money. Wilmersdorfer Straße is a few metres from the from door with all the shops you could want. 20 minutes walk to Charlottenburg palace or 2 stops on the underground which is a 2 minute walk. Our room was a comfort twin on the 4 floor, which was extremely clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a free bottle of water on arrival. There was a an excellent selection at breakfast. Bacon , scrambled eggs and sausages most mornings. Full selection of continental cheeses, meats and salads. Pasties and breads galore. The ladies in the restaurant were extremely helpful as my mother has trouble walking, they helped her to a seat while I went and got breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin

La posizione è a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale di Berlino. I servizi sono buoni ma alcuni non sono gratuiti. La stanza all'interno sembra vecchia a differenza della hall, dei corridoi, ecc. Non molto servizio svolto. Il giorno del check-out, apriranno la porta per verificare se c'è ancora qualcuno all'interno anche se non è ancora l'orario del check-out.

Tutto andava bene. La stanza era un po' piccola. La stanza era molto comoda. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, era molto buona. Abbiamo provato la colazione una volta e aveva molte cose. 18 euro valeva se volete mangiare molto. Raccomandato

Prior to arrival, I ignored the offer to pre-register in response to their email because it was only offered in the German. While the original booking was done in English, a number of correspondences with Urban Loft were in German. On arrival, I was greeted with a machine for check in, which was unsuccessful. Probably no big deal for anyone under the age of 35, but maybe not for other folk. Only when a fellow registrant appealed to an employee passing by, we found out that we could check-in with employees near the restaurant. No signage was present as to that option. The young women there were helpful in getting checked in. Other interactions with staff were all positive and in English. Hotel personnel were always helpful and understanding. They made an effort to make guests feel valued. Upon arrival in my room, I found that only one small bathroom trash can is provided in the bathroom. Maybe good for tampons and cosmetic refuse, but not much else. I could not find a trash can supplied in the main room. Was there one? A safe is provided, but no refrigerator. The bed is comfortable with an ample number of pillows. The room and bathroom are new and modern. And they have the decorative element of the orange dwarf standing on the ceiling. The rooftop area and ground level patio/playground areas are nice for a snack in the fresh air, as there were no smokers there at the time of my visit. The location of Urban Loft is quite good considering it is near the main train station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants are nearby. It is on a busy street, but the room is well sound-insulated. The neighborhood is quite new with no historical character and new large scale construction nearby.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione della fiera ITB. Hotel fatiscente la categoria ufficiale dovrebbe essere 2 stelle sarebbe più corretto ! La prima stanza che mi è stata assegnata era di un degrado imbarazzante. Moquette lurida bordi del letto rotti bagno sporco e piccolissimo 2mq c.a) a questo punto mi sono fatta cambiare camera e mi hanno assegnato un terzo piano sempre con moquette sporca tende macchiate e rotte, ma almeno il bagno era più grande ! Stanza minimal senza una bottiglia d’acqua ( oramai la danno anche nelle pensioni) un set per farti un the ,un paio di ciabatte NULLA. Ho chiesto di parlare con il general manager e mi è stato risposto che non è presente in struttura e capita ogni tanto ! Non mi stupisco che non ci sia un controllo ! Ho pagato 920 eur per 4 notti naturalmente prezzi alle stelle vista la fiera e non era previsto nemmeno un servizio di shuttle per gli ospiti per raggiungere il polo fieristico . Io mi chiedo come si può approfittare delle persone in questo modo ? Il lavoro nel settore alberghiero conosco bene le dinamiche di un hotel questa struttura dovrebbe chiudere e fare un grande restauro oppure passare ad un 2 stelle come categoria. Un addetto alla reception in confidenza mi ha riferito che sono molti o clienti che si lamentano. C’è un turnover di personale assurdo in 3 gg ho visto 8 persone diverse alla reception forse scappa anche il personale come non capirli. In ogni caso bassa professionalità ed attenzione per l’ospite nulla. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel a meno che non ve lo propongono a 50 eur a notte ed è già tanto. Devono solo vergognarsi questi non sono imprenditori e non sanno nemmeno cosa significa Ospitalità.
