This hotel is the best familyoriented hotel I have ever visited. Everything is arranged for a family to have the best possible holiday with small children. Playrooms in different sizes depending on age, activities everything with paint, arts and crafts. Horseriding in a very nice barn, and multiple swimmingpools for all ages. Even got to try the spa area for adults, very nice. I loved that the restaurant had an adult buffet and kids buffet, with the kids buffet actually in reach for children. Bibs, spoons, milk, formula, all was available for small children, even a juice station where you could make your own juice. We stayed for three nights, and we all loved it, def want to come back.

We selected this hotel for a six-night stay, expecting a high level of service given its price of EUR 500 per night. However, we were quite disappointed by the limited services and the overall quality of the hotel. I initially believed it to be a 5-star establishment, but it turned out to be a 4-star hotel. Even with a 4-star rating, I anticipated a more satisfactory experience. From the beginning, the hotel informed us that daily housekeeping was not standard and asked how often we required it. I agreed to housekeeping every second day, although I personally believe daily cleaning is essential, especially when traveling with children. After two nights, we received fresh towels, but two nights later, there was no housekeeping at all. The room became messy, with spilled milk on the floor and various other incidents involving my kid. When I inquired about the missing housekeeping, there were no apologies offered. Instead, they simply promised to send housekeeping that day. Despite my patience, around 4 hours later, the room remained untouched, with dirty towels and a full ashtray on the balcony. I took matters into my own hands and started cleaning during my holiday. I returned to the reception at around 3 pm to inquire about the delay, but again, no apologies were given, and they informed me they would contact housekeeping. My daughter and I went to enjoy some sports, and upon our return, there was still no housekeeping service, forcing us to use dirty towels and endure the unpleasant odor from the full ashtray. At this point, my frustration reached its peak, and instead of enjoying my vacation with my daughter, I had to spend my dinner time writing this feedback. In essence, the hotel's service, particularly the basic cleaning services, were unacceptable for the price we were paying. Additionally, the sauna area lacked proper-sized towels, another strange cost-cutting measure. The requirement to make reservations a day in advance for the kids' club also made our holiday experience less relaxing and more regimented. In summary, this hotel is overpriced and fails to deliver value for money. I would perhaps rate it as a 3-star establishment, but due to the dirty room and the lack of response after multiple interactions with the reception, it deserves no more than 1 star.

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal da, und es war wie immer super schön . Die Kinder waren immer beschäftigt und es kam kaum Langeweile auf. Das Beschäftigungsangebot für die Kids war mehr als ausreichend. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Was soll ich viel schreiben, es war absolut spitzenmäßig. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und haben für nächstes Jahr bereits wieder gebucht. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, weder für Eltern noch für Kinder. Mega super

Super Kinderhotel. Mit Oma Opa und Hund angereist - alle hatten wünschen Zeit. Viele Möglcihkeiten und Programm für die Kleinen. Super Essen täglich - Tägliche Variationen. Alle freundlich und nett. Sauber und Rein. Trotz Größe verteilen sich die Gäste bestens. Gerne Wieder

Ein supertolles Hotel. Kinder fühlen sich hier willkommen und die Erwachsenen auch. Die Angebote sind einmalig gut und die Saunalandschaft einfach toll. Ein sehr gelungenes Konzept, so, dass sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub erleben.
