We stayed in the hotel for two nights between Christmas and New Year and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is in a lovely scenic location and is right next to the train station. We were given a card which gives free rail travel in the Black Forest area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful- they were all friendly and have some good tips on things to see and do in the area. The room was amazing- we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost with a jacuzzi bath and seperate lounge upstairs. The hosts also provided lots of little treats (wine, beer, juice, cakes) all free of charge in the room. Breakfast and dinner were lovely in a nice setting overlooking the lake. The hotel also has a nice spa area with a steam room and sauna which was a real treat after a walk in the snow. The hotel staff have been extra helpful after our stay and are sending my lost kindle all the way to the UK after I left it behind. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

Siamo stati qui in ottobre come una piccola famiglia con un bambino. L'hotel (non è sicuro se può essere chiamato come tale, non ha un ristorante),era super situato, con super vista. La camera (appartamento) era molto pulita e spaziosa. Il personale è stato molto gentile e attento al check-in , check-out e durante il colazione ( Che purtroppo non è più tipico per la regione del lago Titti. La regione, in particolare i negozi e ristoranti nel centro sono stati probabilmente distrutti dal turismo e può permettersi di essere inamici e non orientati al cliente.) Chi cerca un alloggio semplice è qui giusto. La colazione è stata deliziosa e sempre riempita. Possiamo consigliare l'hotel. Abbiamo preso la cena in ristoranti circostanti (non locali). In particolare, qui possiamo consigliare l'ostello a circa 12 minuti di distanza di Sankt Brunnen (riserva, altrimenti non ha posto). Le porzioni sono grandi (che non è la ragione della raccomandazione) e deliziose. La camera ospite è affidabile e l'uso amichevole.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la montagne mais à 10mn de badeparadise. On y est au calme avec une très belle vue sur la nature. Notre chambre avait un immense balcon et était très confortable et spacieuse. Très douillette et propre avec du café et du thé à disposition. L'accueil est sympathique et familiale. Nous avons eu des petits déjeuners copieux et avec tout un choix possible. Nous avons dîné un soir et la viande était très bonne tendre et bien cuite. Le parking est gratuit ainsi qu'un sauna et son espace détente avec lit de foin musique etc. Nous n'avons pas testé le bowling mais c'est possible. Je recommande vivement me tarif était très correct vu la qualité des prestations.
