Our winery is located in the southern Markgräflerland, the beautiful border triangle between France and Switzerland. In addition to the winery, we also run an ostrich farm (hedges / broom management), which is open twice a year in spring and in autumn for 2 to 4 months each. In our cozy Straußi you can enjoy our wines in a relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful view of the vineyards.
With our wines we serve rustic vespers with fresh homemade bread or the typical Markgräfler Schäufele with homemade potato salad.
Fortunately, the way home to the apartment is not far so that you can enjoy our wines extensively.
Or experience the development of wine with us from the grape to the finished wine, we are happy to take you on vineyard tours. Our surroundings offer numerous excursions such as B. Alsace, Switzerland and the Black Forest, you can also go hiking and cycling. In the vicinity of 20km there are 3 thermal baths (Bad Bellingen, Badenweiler and Bad Krozingen) and 3 outdoor pools (Steinenstadt, Müllheim and Kandern). We are located exactly between Basel and Freiburg, both are worth a trip. Sehr schöne Fewo und schöner ländlicher Umgebung
Wohnung bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber, sehr nette Vermieter, mit e bikes kann man sehr gut die Umgebung erkunden, Fahrradwegenetz gut ausgebaut

Séjour parfait!
Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux que ce que nous imaginions. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents et de qualité. L’environnement est magnifique et très calmes. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et vraiment très très gentils. Nous avons pu faire un tour de la cab, c’était super!

Wunderbare Tage auf dem Bernerhof
Erneut ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Familie Berner in einer toll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir konnten die Ruhe genießen uns über die schönen Sommertage freuen und kulturell viel unternehmen. Ein Höhepunkt war die Kellerführung, die uns Herr Berner bot.

Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns auf dem Hof von Fam Berner sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Balkon bot einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Weinberge. Unsere Rennräder waren perfekt untergebracht. In der Umgebung gab es so viel zu besichtigen, dass wir wiederkommen müssen. Wir konnten tolle Touren mit unseren Rennrädern unternehmen.

Frühling auf dem Weingut
Die sehr freundliche Familie Berner hat uns mit allem wunderbar umsorgt. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten sind wunderbar, das Bad ist geräumig und mit einer modernen Duscheinrichtung versehen, den Balkon konnten wir in der Sonne auch bei noch kühlen Temperaturen nutzen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, Geräte und Reinigungsmittel standen uns auch über die Woche zur Verfügung, wenn man selber mal etwas Hand anlegen wollte. Auch eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden.
Sehr interessante Gespräche konnten wir mit Herrn Berner über seinen Weinanbau führen, er zeigte uns sehr gern seinen Weinberg, den Weinkeller und die beeindruckenden Geräte für den unkonventionellen Weinanbau. Wir haben sehr viel Neues erfahren, und natürlich konnten wir einige der Weine probieren. 2 Fläschchen gab es schon gratis zum Empfang, und die gesamte Palette der Weinauswahl steht direkt vor dem Zimmer zum Kauf bereit. In der Woche öffnete auch die Straussi (Straußenwirtschaft) im Haus, die wir auch gern besucht haben, in der Ferienwohnung bekommt man davon aber auch nichts mit, wenn man die Ruhe sucht. Überhaupt haben wir die Natur und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen, Turmfalken beobachtet, die auf dem Hof nisten und die reizvolle Umgebung im beginnenden Frühling erkundet. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.
