Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax.
Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine.
The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap.

Kamer was oké! Klantvriendelijkheid was super slecht. Alsof de receptie geen zin heeft te werken. Super onvriendelijk ookwel. Er was geen wc papier dus ik vroeg receptie om te brengen en toen zei ze het is op , dus geen wc papier op voorraad, kamer was koud. Het is winter dus ik vroeg ook een deken , receptie zei ze brengen het wel maar niemand kwam. 5 uren later bel ik terug en zei ze oh sorry ik breng het nu. Ik had een verzoek gedaan voor late checkout en werd mij niet gezegd dat ik extra moet betalen.
Bij uitchekken was ik 2 uren later en ik moest zoveel extra betalen na dit alles hebben meegemaakt.

We had two short stays at the hotel in two different rooms. We have been here several times before before the pandemic, and the hotel used to be quite good. This time, both rooms had multiple maintenance problems. The first room had the stop of the bathroom sink missing, the in-room safe did not work, and one of the towel racks was broken. Although we asked them every day to fix these things, and they promised every day to do so, they never did (during a 5 day stay). The second room (second stay) had a broken lamp, and some problems with the shower, and drainage. The shower was fixed, but nothing else.

Room was ok, but not very clean.
Staff felt bothered by guests and made it very clear that they are not going to provide neither friendliness nor customer service.
