The hotel was beautiful, our room was the perfect size for 4 people. The pool was closed which was not listed on the website. This was about 75% of the reason we booked here. We were wanting to be close to Top Golf and the mall, so there were several other options I could have chosen.

We loved this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean and felt very homey. The bed was comfortable. The hotel hosted a welcome reception with two free drinks. They also served an amazing breakfast - above and beyond any other hotel we've stayed at, complete with a buffet and a make-to-order omlet station. Parking was convenient. There are a ton of restaurants and places to shop nearby. Just an fyi that the shower water takes a bit to warm up - but that was a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and roomy but are showing some signs of aging in the bathrooms. But still, a very good hotel for the price.

We had multiple problems from the toilet backing up, to the thermostat not working and no hot water at a certain time. It was a major inconvenience especially with a kid

Easy drive from the airport & easy to access a large shopping mall. Ample free parking nearby. Very comfortable, clean rooms.

It was advertised as a pool and spa but the hot tub was removed so there was no spa. The view from the room kind of looked like a scary dystopian landscape, but the room itself was nice as well as the inside of the hotel and the complimentary breakfast was great!

The room was not very clean when we checked in. I let the cleaning staff, knowing rather than put us in a new room. They came in without spray bottle.

Staff was extremely nice and courteous. Made the stay very much worth while. Our room was clean… but we found some garbage in the room (nothing extreme).
