Il hotel, il personale amichevole e la camera stessa (si tratta di appartamento) erano molto buoni, abbastanza spaziosi per i 5 di noi.

Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular.

Ho preso il FLIXBUS da Francoforte alla stazione di Bruxelles Nord. Avevo letto online dei vari fattori inquietanti di questa stazione ed ero molto nervoso. Questo hotel è a soli cinque o sei minuti a piedi dalle stazioni FLIXBUS A, B e C Zone. C'è un supermercato e una scuola vicino al fiume dietro l'hotel, quindi è relativamente sicuro. Se arrivate alla stazione degli autobus di Bruxelles Nord, questa posizione è altamente consigliata. Non preoccuparti, anche se arrivi in ​​ritardo. La hall è decorata in modo molto fresco. Plus: The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s. There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.

Hotel nuevo, cerca del centro (20 min andando), con tren, metro y tranvía cerca. Camas muy cómodas, y personal muy amable.

La posizione è discutibile. molto vicino alla stazione del tram e dei treni. Ma come quartiere è un quartiere cattivo, spaventoso e pericoloso. La zona in cui si trova la stazione di Noord è semplicemente orribile, ma se ci si mette d'impegno e si torna in hotel prima che sia troppo tardi, può essere piacevole. Le restanti strutture dell'hotel erano perfette e la notte è stata trascorsa comodamente.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. Mi è piaciuto l’ubicazione, l’aspetto moderno e il personale era davvero fuori. Erano amichevoli e accoglienti. Non potevo chiedere molto di più.

Had to quickly find a stay after our previous hotel cancelled on us. There were no problems at all with how last minute our booking was, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice.
