Excellent location and amenities. Time was too short and would have loved to stay longer!

View stunning! Staff amazing but oh did the accomodation amenities let them down and the management! Intermittent wifi, no electricity for hours first day! No water for a couple hours the next day! No Tv for three days. We were trying to work! Constant banging from the renovations! What a Shame!! I wrote an email to the manager no reply!! My advice steer clear!

The travellers, my husband and his cousin travelling around Australia, were arriving by a late flight from Sydney - the property was notified about it and they left the key in the box. However, the directions to the apartment was not clear in the map. The guys had large heavy suitcases which they had to carry around while they looked for the apartment. At one point they called the caretaker, whose number was provided in case any assistance was needed. After several ring outs, the caretaker finally answered in a very sleepy voice and said 'you've got your key, I can't do anything'. Finally, an elderly couple joined them in finding the apartment and finally located it. The apartment seemed to be falling in pieces. It was like a roach motel - smelled musty and unaired, the carpet had stains and possibly not been cleaned for ages, the paint was peeling and there was mould in the corners and skirting. There was only one small air-conditioniner in the lounge (this should have been left on to cool the place) and the entire apartment was hot and stifling. The pictures posted about the hotel and the apartment did not match the real thing. My husband and his cousin were so disgusted by this point of time that they just left. We are seasoned travellers and have travelled extensively in Australia, but this is possibly the worst experience when it comes to a hotel which has been listed on sites like TripAdvisor and *********** - guests go with certain expectations in mind and are so disappointed and disgusted when they see the reality that they are forced to leave in the middle of the night.

We've stayed here quite a few times and it's still the perfect place to stay for access to the beach, proximity to shops etc. We always book the two bedroom with partial ocean view. They are always well presented and comfortable. Being fully self contained it's so easy to make your own meals and save a few holiday dollars. You can either sit inside at the table inside or outside on the balcony watching the sun set over the ocean. Coming from the Eastern States we often arrive late at night, but it's easy to get the key from the lock box to access the accommodation and see reception in the morning. Service here is always with a smile. Parking is available either under the accommodation or just out the front. Wi-fi was via password and was fast and consistent. We had a washing machine and dryer, as well as a clothes airer. A real home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay again and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at seashell, we recently moved to Perth from sydney and decided to spend our time at seashell till found a home. The staff made us feel home away from home, highly recommended!! Staff were always attentive and helpful to all our needs.

Lovely location, pool and beach surroundings. Very tranquil and secluded beach area. Cleaners were exceptionally nice and did a great job. Unfortunately the customer service ladies weren’t the friendliest.

Clean tidy and functional accommodation on the front. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. Everything worked. The front desk closed at 16.00 but this wasn’t a problem. There was ample, free, off-road parking. The sunset view from the beach was amazing.

Clean and functional, what more do you need in a deluxe apartment. Add an ocean view and you get the perfect location. The apartment was well equipped and the staff are very friendly. The apartments have a courtesy policy, unfortunately our last two days were slightly marred by a raucous group from the UK. We managed to avoid them but I did feel so sorry for the residents.
