One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Welcome was friendly and well organised. Stayed in one of the attic rooms, which was exceptionally clean and well presented. Loads of character to the property, and the other guests respected the policies with no noise heard. No doors slamming as people came and left Will be booking again

Nice clean modern private hotel. Great location. Friendly and attentive host. First time in Scarborough for many years and will definitely be back for a longer stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also would recommend newly opened Chameleon restaurant in Bar Street. Great food, good service and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely Fantastic, Adam ,Tip and Daughter so nice , great hospitality, rooms faultless so clean and nicely decorated. Great location for beach , dining, shopping. Tried some of the suggestions in guest book , ate at Tika Tika, lookout at pier , the fish and chip shop directly opposite was Fantastic Fish 🐟 If you like Sushi 🍣 try the Japanese restaurant at top of Hill. Parking no problem with Adams advice found a spot right behind the B&B just cut thru the alley few doors down from there front door 😀 Will be back !!!!!!!

Artived to a lovely welcome after being sent a welcoming text telling us our room was ready to checkin. Really nice room and lovely people. Room cleaned every day. Great location right next to beach and main street. Will definitely be going back.

Nice boutique hotel in the middle of town although the room was lovely and quiet and no seagull noise. Just a few yards from the lovely beach setting and bay of Scarborough. Great shower and room was tastefully furnished. Tea and biscuits provided.

Absolutely fabulous place. All completely refurbished to very high standard. Lovely couple Adam & Tip have accomplished such a lovely affordable place to stay. Rooms are beautiful as is rest of hotel. Very central and close to Scarborough front. Highly recommended. Absolute 5/5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Yet another fabulous week at this amazing b & b. The Palace Hill is just absolutely beautiful from top to bottom, spotlessly clean and could beat any boutique hotel. It is in a perfect location, a 2 minute walk to the sea front and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. You also get a free parking permit for the duration of your stay. The owners Adam & Thip are the most lovely couple, so welcoming and it is so lovely to see the beautiful family they have become now they have their beautiful little girl Jasmine 🥰 who is just a total joy. We have stayed here many times and would not stay anywhere else in Scarborough. Thank you Adam, Thip and Jasmine.

Beautiful old building that has been renovated inside to a very high standard. Modern and spotless throughout. We stayed in an Attic room which are a little small but it was ok for a couple of nights. Great location and lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean room plenty of tea and coffee beds were so comfy very friendly proprietors definitely worth a stay it's close to all amenities 2 minutes from town centre 1 minute to sea front. Unfortunately breakfast was unavailable but plenty of cafes around
