Personale gentile e capace di risolvere qualsiasi richiesta. Inoltre è molto vicino all'ingresso del parco dove si possono ammirare nel loro abitat naturale, tigri leopardi e centinaia di altri animali oltre ad uno splendido castello.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo fantastico resort, curato in ogni dettaglio, dentro e fuori! Solo entrando nella stanza sembra di trovarsi nella giungla! Ovviamente stanza e bagno, super puliti e muniti di tutto ciò che è necessario! All’esterno il resort ha un bellissimo giardino è una fantastica piscina con una piccola SPA nella quale abbiamo usufruito di ottimi massaggi (extra). Cibo di ottima qualità e con ampia scelta. Personale super gentile, educato e rispettoso , in particolare due ragazzi di nome Mohit e Naresh! Ci hanno seguito con estrema attenzione! Super consigliato , ci tornerei sicuramente!

Quando arrivi al Puratan Quila ti accolgono con grandi sorrisi ed una collana di fiori. Il signore alla reception, Shiv Singh, con la sua simpatia ed eleganza ci ha messo immediatamente a nostro agio. La location è mozzafiato. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in uno dei bungalow, uno dei posti più puliti che abbia visto in India. La stanza è bella, spaziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, con un tavolino esterno privato, per rilassarsi tra un Safari e l’altro. C’è una bella piscina, la palestra e un grande giardino pieno di fiori profumati ed uccellini che farebbero impazzire ogni amante del birdwatching. Il cibo compreso è ottimo, e il personale di sala soddisferà ogni vostra richiesta. Ma ciò che ha reso speciale il nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio eccellente. A partire dal manager, che ha esaudito ogni nostro desiderio ed ha prenotato i Safari per noi con una gentilezza ed una professionalità davvero rare: grazie davvero, ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, veloce ed attento, complimenti a tutti, ma in particolare, ci tengo a menzionare Lalit, uno degli addetti al ristorante che ha svolto un lavoro eccellente con una grandissima cura verso i nostri gusti più europei facendo da tramite con la cucina. Non esitate a cercare oltre, il Puratan Qila è perfetto per il vostro soggiorno a Ranthambore. Io non sarei più andata via!!!

This is the most beautiful, pleasant, comfortable, and fantastic resort - and i have been in many of them. The team of people of this Oberoi working jointly to achieve the highest standard possible - in service, room, activities, and every domain possible. The food was extravagant. The menue is rich and diverse - excellent food for any taste. The place itself is soooooo beautiful, located conveniently not too far from important cities with airports. It is surrounded by the tiger reserve, rich with diverse plants and animals beside the tiger. Activities are relevant to wildlife, interesting and enjoyable, including nature talks and nature walks in the reserve itself and the park in general. There is also an observation tower with magnificent view, and star gazing activity. its amazing how the smallest details for making the experience unforgettable, and effective (such as putting a fantastic binocular in a drawer at the top of the tower and a torch) In addition, the spa experience is fantastic, and the tents are spacious, beautifully and elegantly designed and furnished, with many surprises i would not spoil here. the manager - is a unique lady, who cares personally for each guest, and continue to develop the resort and implement more ideas - is admired for her initiatives and warms!!!!!!!
