Ranthambhore Heritage Haveli

Hotel fantastico con personale estremamente laborioso. Giardini curatissimi in cui rilassarsi. Il cibo era delizioso e si mangiava molto bene. La spa di bellezza era fantastica! Ho fatto 3 trattamenti con Sabita. Consiglio vivamente il massaggio completo! Se volete un ritiro rilassante, questo è il vostro hotel! Ho viaggiato con il mio bambino di 4 anni a cui piaceva giocare con gli altri bambini che incontrava! Personale estremamente accogliente e amichevole. Ci tornerò in un batter d'occhio.

Beautiful clean hotel which has been well maintained. It’s not fancy but it’s very nice and the staff are very attentive although some appear to be aiming for a tip ! The food is very very nice one of the nicest omelettes ever The gardens and pool are also lovely with the added bonus of the telescope for viewing the night sky Would highly recommend to stay here

This hotel situated very close to Ranthambore national park is an old haveli with a very nice courtyard, the rooms were ok, big Tiger poster on the wall and big bathrooms. Dinner in the garden was ok, but breakfast with less variety. No elevator available at the hotel

Well, certainly the prettiest I've stayed in. The beautiful gardens are English Country meets Exotic India - and are immaculately tended to. Next, the architecture of the building is truly stunning, with courtyards and fountains, archways and sunny balconies. It is truly a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Last, but certainly not least are the amazing staff, who were always friendly, polite and very efficient at running an often busy hotel - the hotel is used by tour companies, which shows it must be good. However, most tours only stay a couple of nights for safaris and then move on. We had the pleasure of staying 6 nights, as we extended our stay here rather than return to the chaos of Delhi. During our stay the general manager Kamran was an absolute star. We had no safaris booked and this was our main purpose of visiting. He organised 5 safaris for us in different zones, with drivers to take and pick us up. These were canter safaris, as jeeps get booked up months in advance. I was sceptical that the canter would be as good as a jeep because but it certainly was. In fact on several occasions the canters had better tiger sightings than the jeeps and it was great to have a mixture of nationalities making friends spotting wildlife. The manager, Kamran also organised a driver to take us to the very impressive Ranthambore Fort, where we spent a couple of hours walking. Finally Kamran went out of his way to advise us on train seats and book tickets for us back to Delhi. We greatly appreciated his help and the rest of his team throughout.

I was tired and disgruntled when I arrived. As soon as I stepped inside I knew that I would be well taken care of. It was absolutely gorgeous. Stunning interior courtyard area with fountains. Beautiful wildlife photography on the walls of the hallways. Lovely and welcoming furniture arrangements to enjoy the atmosphere outside of one's room. Superb staff in the buffet restaurant. This would be 5 star review if that had hot water available all the time, or even when they said it would be available. I would go back in a heartbeat, but my shower was cold.

We stayed at Ranthambhore Heritage Haveli as part of a group tour and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Although it’s located slightly outside the main center, the hotel is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds that provide a peaceful retreat. The food is quite limited, and did become repetitive after two days, but what was on offer was tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by hot water bottles delivered in the evening and blankets provided for our safaris - both were much appreciated! The bathroom was very spacious and clean; however, the shower design caused water to pool across the floor. Additionally, the hot water was intermittent - at times taking over 10 minutes to heat up or remaining lukewarm. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend the massage. The therapist was frequently on her phone, the room smelled unpleasant, and the massage itself was average, making it far from a relaxing experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it to travelers, though there are a few minor areas that could be improved.
