I'm giving a five-star rating solely because of the exceptional service we received after the initial confusion and unprofessionalism. I booked this hotel on December 8th for a one-night stay on February 13th. Later, I was looking to extend my stay for an additional night on February 12th at Vatika, but the hotel was sold out. Therefore, I stayed at another hotel near Ranthambore Circle by default. On the morning of February 13th, I contacted Mr. Mahesh, informing him that I had checked out around 10 AM, and asked if I could get an early check-in at Vatika. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't possible as the rooms were completely booked. I then requested to leave our baggage at the reception and wait until their standard check-in time at 12 PM, which he agreed to. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the staff requested us to shift our stay to another hotel, Tiger 7. I asked my auto driver to take us to Tiger 7, but it was almost 1 km away from the main road, and the road conditions were not safe and quite horrible. After reaching the new hotel, I called Mr. Mahesh about the change, and he explained that since I had requested an early check-in, they arranged this hotel. He mentioned we could return to the original hotel by evening once the rooms were vacant, but I strongly refused this change. After a lengthy discussion, their manager, Mr. Devendra, came to the new hotel and requested us to return to the original hotel, promising to arrange a room within an hour. I was literally roaming around with my spouse and child. One major drawback was the safari pickup arrangement. The safari driver does not come inside the main road, so if you've opted for an afternoon safari, you'll need to walk under the heavy sunlight to reach the pickup point and again in the evening once the safari is over. The same applies to morning safaris Later Mr. Devendra managed to calm us down, and we went for lunch before checking in. The rooms were well-maintained, and the property itself was also very well-kept. The real gem of our stay was their staff. The service provided by Mr. Lokesh and Dilkhush was extraordinary. All the meals were home-cooked and delicious, and they were incredibly accommodating. Room 108 was spacious enough for a family of three, with fresh sunlight streaming in through the big window, and each room had a private balcony with seating." A significant advantage of this property is that your safari pickup is conveniently arranged right at the hotel gate. There's no need to visit the booking office—simply call your assigned guide, and they will stop the jeep or canter at the hotel gate for both pickup and drop-off.
