Empfang meinte zuerst, dass wir nicht gezahlt hätten, dann haben sie erst nur ein Zimmer für uns gehabt, obwohl 2 gebucht waren. Dann waren die beiden Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Um 10 Uhr Abends kam eine Hotelmitarbeiterin ins Zimmer, als wir schon geschlafen hatten. Sie hatte sich scheinbar im Zimmer geirrt, meinte sie. Man muss Mitarbeiteraufzug nutzen und dabei durch die Küche laufen. Sehr seltsam.

Pessimo hotel!!! Soffitto sfondato, moquette piena di buchi, lampade piene di peli, cibo immangiabile (ci abbiamo trovato anche degli insetti) e la camera ha un odore nauseante Sconsigliatissmo davvero, non merita assolutamente 4 stelle

Sebbene lo stile non sia tra i più contemporanei e forse meriterebbe un nuovo arredo, abbiamo trovato personale accogliente, metrature molto generose nella stanza, pulizia impeccabile, letti molto comodi, silenzio e tende molto oscuranti per un riposo migliore. Ci siamo fermati quasi per caso perché era a metà strada del nostro viaggio e soprattutto perché accettano animali da compagnia (abbiamo un gatto a cui è piaciuta molto la stanza molto grande) ma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per l'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bravi! Se una pecca devo per forza trovare, nelle informazioni sulla struttura scaricabili grazie al QR code manca l'indicazione dell'orario del bar e così, nel dubbio di mettere in difficoltà la receptionist, alle 10 di sera non ho voluto chiamare per chiedere. Ma due birre le avremmo bevute volentieri 😊

Allucinante personale maleducato, servizio cucina pessimo ed inesistente ,non ci andate siamo scesi a cena alle ore 20:45 e non ci danno da mangiare VE4GOGNOSI,UN CONSIGLIO LASCIATE PERDERE ,GLI HANNO DATO 4 STELLE MA NON NE MERITA NEPPURE MEZZA.Siamo stati costretti ad uscire a vangiare pur avendo la cena già pagata,sono senza parole

It started well but ended badly Kyriad Prestige Mulhouse Group of 38 on 25 Sep. Check in: fine/ food :fine / restaurant Sevice: veryfine……..and we were told to be the most pleasant and kind group ever Though Sabrina, the morning receptionist / restaurant attendant ruined it all for us: rude / rough to my gentle and polite Asian group ( Filipino) refusing to speak or understand English. Once at reception she refused to assist me asking to make some photocopies as I am used to when travelling with my group , being not only a group leader but the organizer and director of the company who made the booking . A 4 stars hotel employing an ignorant, unprofessional, rude, nasty person…..refusung categorically to Speak or understand English ??? Her attitude made me feel abused and belittled and infuriated at the same time I left very sad ad disappointed I actually wrote an email to both the commercial / booking department and the reception…… no answer ….. English speaking passenger, BE AWARE!!!

Stopover on the way to and from our holiday. Nice hotel in a convenient location for the motorway. Restaurant surpassed expectations with menu de jour an excellent choice on both occasions. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly, especially Lahlen who made a fuss of the children.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable.The breakfast was very good I enjoyed the stay.The showers and bathroom was very clean.The water station in reception was excellent as it was fresh and cold and available at any time.

Most Pathetic Service i have seen. I went to Breakfast at 8.30 AM and nothing was there. I was told Breakfast is closed and gave 1 Croissant and Coffee. In my experience, i havent seen like this. This hotel is ok, only you are prepared to skip the breakfast. Pathetic
