"We had such a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after throughout our whole visit. A huge thank you to Ang, Sue, Josh and all of the service staff who were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely delightful to be around. Their warm and professional service really made our stay extra special. The food was phenomenal, truly out of this world. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour and easily some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Compliments to the chefs and restaurant team for such an amazing dining experience. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfy which made for a perfect night’s sleep. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel relaxed and at home. Thank you again to everyone at the Imperial Hotel for such a memorable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to return again soon. Highly recommended! x"

"We stayed here Saturday night - we made a last minute booking as our original accommodation had to cancel our booking due to having no power due to the storms. The Harbourlight is run be two very lovely people who clearly work had to keep their guests happy - Steve came out to the car as soon as we arrived and offered to help us with our bags. What a lovely man - he talked us through check in and we were booked into Room 2. The location is perfect - literally steps away from the High Street in Saundersfoot, and the amazing beachfront. We were staying overnight as we had a reservation to eat at Coast, the amazing restaurant in Saundersfoot, which is a 15 minute stroll away. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean and the rooms are nice with everything you need for a great stay. The breakfast before we left yesterday was absolutely gorgeous - beautiful produce cooked really well. If you're looking for a clean, friendly place in a great location, with nice simple rooms at a good price, look no further."

"Toilets were modern, but very dirty. No toilet roll overnight. The “quiet hours” 11pm onwards is not monitored or enforced at all. Music, wood chopping and drinking all night. Not suitable for younger children / quiet weekend away (atleast on the campsite, static caravan areas were nicer campsite is rough. Staff nowhere to be seen."
