"Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, la nostra camera dispone di un piccolo balcone con tavolo e 2 sedie, e hanno un'ora felice dalle 4 alle 7 aperte anche ai non residenti. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Saundersfoot. Parcheggio auto al retro dell'hotel. Per il colazione si sceglie la notte prima, aiutatevi a prendere il succo di tè/caffè e cereali. Un colazione piena cucinata era molto calda e fresca. - Si', lo consiglierei."

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after throughout our whole visit. A huge thank you to Ang, Sue, Josh and all of the service staff who were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely delightful to be around. Their warm and professional service really made our stay extra special. The food was phenomenal, truly out of this world. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour and easily some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Compliments to the chefs and restaurant team for such an amazing dining experience. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfy which made for a perfect night’s sleep. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel relaxed and at home. Thank you again to everyone at the Imperial Hotel for such a memorable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to return again soon. Highly recommended! x"

"Toilets were modern, but very dirty. No toilet roll overnight. The “quiet hours” 11pm onwards is not monitored or enforced at all. Music, wood chopping and drinking all night. Not suitable for younger children / quiet weekend away (atleast on the campsite, static caravan areas were nicer campsite is rough. Staff nowhere to be seen."
