La posizione e le strutture erano grandi, ma quasi ogni aspetto del viaggio era frustrato dalle politiche di prenotazione dell'hotel e dal manager del desk front. Ho chiamato e fu detto che avevo bisogno di prenotare il “member rate” (dato che sono membro di Marriot Bonvoy e hanno la loro applicazione) per usare la mia carta regalo. Non mi aspettavo che ci fosse un hotel molto esplorabile nella piccola città. La colazione è anche molto buona. In futuro andrà spesso a questo hotel. La qualità è davvero buona e si raccomanda fortemente!Raccomandare all'hotel 👍 è dimenticare di prendere le foto

We stayed for three nights in a king size suite. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is close to a busy road but we heard very little noise at night. Gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast was also good with eggs, bacon, bagels etc. Hotel is close to Walmart Supercentre and other large stores. My only gripe was the laundry. One washing machine and dryer. Cost $1.75 each. I had to hunt around for some coins in the end Reception came to my aid but it would be good if these were free, such a small amount of money when you consider our total bill was $800+. Apart from that all good.

Stayed here on a trip to take the Agawa Canyon Train. Nice room, basics all there and you could get a fruit cup at breakfast, plus oranges and apples at the front desk. Cooked stuff limited (sausage and egg thing) but you could put together a good breakfast. What really set this place apart for us, though, was the service. We flew in, so had no car and planned to walk up to the train in the morning. Problem: it was raining heavily and even with rain jackets, we would not be comfy. No problem, call a cab -- if we could wait until 9am (train leaves at 8) due to the student load at that time. A staff member (Hayleigh!!) had an idea and solved our issue. She contacted the night shift fellow, who had just left and asked if he would mind coming back to get us up there. He did and drove us right to the door for the train! Incredible service that nobody had to do, but a very decent response to our issue. Staff were always helpful and friendly and it really made this visit special!

L'hotel si è piegato in retro per cercare di accogliermi ...as era insufficiente e hanno ridotto il mio prezzo di camera per la prima notte e mi hanno messo nella camera da jacuzzi la seconda notte senza alcuna tassa più alta. Che staff fantastico!!

E già passata una settimana o già la malinconia di quando scendi da una crociera una esperienza bellissima con il capitano Mario e la sua organizzatrice Cristina che dire sono state 3 ore fantaschite Mario ci dava tante spiegazioni e rendeva tutto quello che ci faceva vedere come nelle favole poi non parliamo dell'aperitivo in barca che spettacolo sembravamo come dei vip lo consiglio a tutti minerva noleggio barche il top spero l'anno prossimo di venire di nuovo grazie di vero cuore quando rivedo i video mi sale tanta nostalgia grazie di tutto ❤️

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel, which was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience of my life as a frequent global traveler. From the moment we arrived, we encountered unprofessional staff throughout the hotel, including reception and restaurants. Our rooms lacked basic amenities such as pencils, paper, and adequate toiletries, setting the tone for a subpar stay. Our experience with the restaurant staff was particularly distressing. We ordered six lunch boxes for our train journey the next day, only to witness during breakfast that one of your staff members clumsily dropped some of the boxes on the floor while transporting them on a trolley. To our horror, she picked up the spilled contents and placed them back in the boxes. When we opened the boxes on the train, we discovered that the items we ordered were missing or replaced with something else, leaving my guests with health issues hungry for 10 hours. Upon returning to the hotel, we brought this incident to the attention of the reception manager, and the Food and Beverage Manager, who offered a half-hearted apology, citing that the hotel was busy and failed to inform us of the shortages. We were assured that the cost of the lunch boxes would be waived. Kimberly at the reception showed me a handwritten note confirming this, but when I checked out the next morning, the charges were still present and the receptionist was not aware of the situation. After multiple phone calls and assurances from Kim and others, not only the charges were not removed, rather replaced by unauthorized transactions again this morning totaling $42 per room on my visa. This chaotic and embarrassing experience was compounded by the loss of my wife's long coat, which she left in the lobby during check out. Despite claims that the staff were looking for it, we have yet to hear back. The cumulative effect of these issues has left me incredulous and seeking immediate resolution.
