Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole! La posizione era ottima e la colazione aveva una buona varietà.

Nice clean room on the third floor. Plenty of pillows and warm blankets. The location is a little tricky to find and was glad to have GPS to guide us. Good breakfast selections and hot beverages. Lovely public gardens in town to visit.

Clean property, location is not easy to get to…not in the best neighborhood (signs all over saying lock your cars and take your valuables in). Room was clean, not fancy but functional. Shower wouldn’t drain which was a problem. Breakfast was ok, waffles were not good.

We had a 2 room suite and the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was typical and the cookies in the lobby were awesome, especially the sugar cookies.

I worked an 8 1/2 hour day then checked in. I bring my computer with so I can record my hours and mileage and drive time on my timesheet for my job. This doesn't work though when they put you in the room farthest away from the router apparently because while I can access the internet with my mobile Hotspot, the Hotel Wi-fi does not connect to the internet. The desk said I just had to wait So I put on my swim trunks and went down to the spa. I planned to wait 15 minutes in the spa but my eyes started to burn from the excess chlorine. I stayed here last week and the spa didn't work at all as they were waiting on a part. I guess the chlorine was to kill the germs the repairman left behind. I should not have to use my mobile data when wifi is promised. Every room in the hotel should have internet access. for over $100 per night they should have ethernet access.

When I checked in, I initially thought my room looked pretty clean. The bathroom looked decent…not perfect but not terrible. The room itself is another story. The desk was covered in food crumbs and oil and the TV remote looked like it hadn’t been wiped off in years, with oil and gunk all over and in between the buttons. There are also food particles and crumbs on the carpet, so I question whether the room has even been vacuumed recently. I get that housekeeping measures have changed some due to COVID and staffing issues, but I would think wiping down commonly used items for cleanliness would be a common practice. I am feeling very grossed out and would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Night light in bathroom is a nice touch. However the bath tub tap cannot completely turn off while the shower is running with a split of water flowing 20% versus 80%. Report problem upon check out and the staff related the problem to the maintenance man close by right away. The room has many USB plugs but lack an old fashioned desktop digital clock which would be handy when one wake up during the light and want to check the time without getting up. Complimentary breakfast include hot items like biscuit with sausage gravy.
