my first solo trip for my birthday, and I had a truly wonderful stay at U-Pattaya. The room was beautiful with an incredible view, especially for a sunset lover like me! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made my stay extra special. I want to give special compliments to a few people: Aod (Night Shift): I was taking pictures alone late at night for my birthday, and Aod took the time to leave his work and offer his help. He also suggested me to visit the swimming pool and take some pictures, which was an amazing idea! May and Yui (F&B): I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to May and Yui for helping me during the breakfast time. After I checked out, I was enjoying some mocktails by the pool, and May approached me for a small chat. She made me feel warm and less lonely. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. Kan also made sure to check on me frequently to see if I needed anything, which I greatly appreciated. Miguel: He was friendly and professional during check-in and even walked me to my room, which was a lovely touch. Bom: Bom was very friendly, greeting me and checking in to see how my stay was going upon checked out I was a little disappointed with the experience at checkout. I called reception to inform that I would be coming down in 10 mins as I wasn’t feeling well and almost done with the luggage. However, the bellman came up in 5 mins and waited outside the door with it open which made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for the lovely decoration and cake. I will definitely be back for another stay!

The pool villa is amazing and spacious. Breakfast is good with variety. The room is quite clean, except that I found cockroach in the master bedroom-bathroom. Also I park overnight at the parking lot in front of lobby and it turns out there is the dirt and resin from the tree all over my car. Overall it is still a good place to stay and i might probably come back.

Great room with private pool. Spacious and well equipped. Love breakfast selections especially the freshly pressed juice on demand. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Molto buono, comodo per gli spostamenti, vicino alla strada principale. La colazione ha molto da scegliere. La qualità del cibo utilizza buoni ingredienti. Vado a stare qui ogni volta che vado a trovare i miei fratelli più piccoli all'Accademia navale di Chumphon. Impressionato ogni volta che soggiorno, lo consiglio. Guida nel vicolo dall'hotel e ci sono molti ristoranti.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The surrounding views of the hotel were absolutely beautiful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My third time at this hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is private, attached to the quiet beach. The beach is clean. The pools are big and very clean. Overall are the best. I will definitely come back.
