If you are like me and read the reviews first before booking, here it is honest review guys. Property is located in mid of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar . Food (Veg) was excellent and Happy with the service also. Price is high as they charged for per night close to 7500 to 8000. If your kid is more than 5 year age, you need to pay 1500 Extra. Amenities and cleanliness are well maintained

We stayed at Shivsagar resort for 2 days for our anniversary and it was an amazing stay. We booked an Imperial suite with jaccuzi and the room was awesome. The room is clean and very spacious.

The resort is really nice. Ambience is also good for children to enjoy. Food is below average, they really need to work hard on this section. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner but didn't like the taste.

The property is conveniently located near the Bhilar bus stop, making it easy to get around. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The Valentine’s Day decorations were stunning, creating such a lovely atmosphere. Plus, the live music was a unique touch that I’ve never experienced at any hotel before. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Panchgani!

The rooms were good but constant construction noise was coming in our room. When we lost the key to the room we were fined Rs 700 which I think is overpriced just for losing key and no receipt was provided to us for the same.

It's a beautiful and well maintained property with all required amenities & ample parking space. There is a separate spacious play area for kids surrounded by a colourful blooming garden. The rooms are clean & well equipped. Breakfast spread was tasty with good variety.
