Communication was poor.We booked this place as it had a pool, not many hotels in this area had a pool. We arrived the pool was empty and the area was being drilled up.
We were not informed about this before arrival.Because of this there was no outside Area to sit, they had a garden but no chairs and was offered to sit on terrace which we did and got covered in concrete from the drilling.
We booked 7 day's but because of this we left after 3 days.
Now im fighting to get a full fefund for the 4 days we were not there.At this time they have only refunded me for 2 days.
So after ruining our holiday i have arrived home to start a battle to get the remander of my refund.
Not Happy.

The hotel starf was very hospitable. It’s a very clean property. Perfect for business and personal stays. The staff was very cooperating and allowed the flexibility in terms of check outs or meal timings. Loved my stay here. Looking forward to come back again!!

Good stay in hotel.they have small mandir in their hotel which make your day more beautiful.food is really nice .their provide pure veg food. Thanks to badrinath and namrata for helping us .thank you namrata for providing fasting food daily for me

Sharing my experience as follows: Pros- 1. Room size & decor was good. 2. Room had a good view. Cons- 1. Very bad internet connectivity. 2. Lobby & common areas smelled of pesticide 3. Breakfast wasn't great to taste & to top it all, the captain tries to convince us that Nescafe is 100% pure black coffee, when we specifically asked for black coffee!!!

Very good service and very courteous . Mr Mulayam spotted me carrying a bag and immediately came and took the bag from me and escorted me to the room . His warmth and style made me feel at home . Would like to come back again

Stay was comfortable, staff behaved as expected, breakfast is nice. Food rates as per menu are on higher side, although they provide buffet dinner @950/1250 depending on the variety including non-veg food. Washrooms are having bath tub.
