This is our favourite hotel in Saskatoon. The hotel is newer, decor very nice, excellent Chop restaurant, lovely shower and great mattress and pillows.

The property is in a great location for the work I do in that end of the city. It is a higher end hotel with great rooms, and of course, Chop is attached to the hotel and I love that restaurant.

First time staying here, its a very nice place right on circle drive, nice clean rooms, modern amenities, two restaurants, safe, ironing board, euro shower, robes, im king rooms

Is an exceptional place to stay and great comfort. Negative is they charge an additional $250.00 a stay deposit on top of room charge which is considerably higher than motels in the city.

For a newer hotel the room design is a bit odd. The king room would be better suited to a single person than a couple, the bathroom is open concept and tiny as is the closet space. The best thing about this hotel is its restaurant, Chop, and that is why we decided to stay there so we could have a nice dinner out without driving while we were in the city for business.

I usually really like this hotel but my last stay was a bit disappointing. They gave another guest access to my room by mistake and that guest came in while I was in the room. There was also a lot of hair all over the towels and robes, and the toilet had a stain on the seat. It was probably a fluke but overall it made for a disappointing experience. I’m glad I was present in the room when the other guest came in as otherwise they would have had access to all my stuff in the room without anyone there, which is concerning.

Beautiful newer hotel. Connecting with Chop steakhouse and Denny's. Only downside.. No outdoor receptacles to plug in vehicle during the cold winter season. Other wise very nice.

Our Tv was not working properly. Employee that came up was not able to help and not interested in helping. There were several items in the room that were broken. Floor was not vacuumed. Overall, staff was not knowledgeable. Very good service at the restaurant.

Machine wasn’t working at check in, and our card kept saying declined or wouldn’t load. We were told at the time of check in it was our fault and we couldn’t check in with a valid card (which it was and I phoned the company to confirm). Then once the receptionist entered our card manually into the computer it worked no problem. So added some extra stress at check in that wasn’t our fault! Beautiful hotel and rooms, just wish check in went better for something that wasn’t on our end.
