Overnight stay as part of a longer trip to get in out of the cold. Lat minute booking, but also a good one. Plenty of parking for large buses.

The location is easy to find. It was quiet and breakfast was delectable. We had a pleasant stay.

Not even 1 bottle water per day. really cheap not to do that at least. No eleveator and no assistance with luggage to haul upstairs.

I wish I would have known that there was no elevator. There was a buggy for our luggage but we could only take it a few feet before walking many trips up the stairs with our luggage to get it all to our room.
Having the rooms look out to the pool is ok but because of the proximity, there was a constant smell of chlorine.
The drains in the bathroom (sink and shower) were sluggish and at 10am there is no hot water to shower before checkout.

When approaching the front desk regarding the cold water that we had in our shower first thing in the morning, she was very rude and unprofessional when speaking to us. Never have we experienced that kind of behaviour from anyone wherever we travelled throughout the world.

My bathroom light was on a sensor. And it turn off in the shower. Had to get out and literally turn it on again. Pain in the ass. And laying in the bath it did it again. Ended up bathing in the dark

This property is getting tired. The staff were average, didn’t do anything special.
The room was okay, lighting wasn’t great, the hand held shower head wouldn’t stay in place, the hair dryer didn’t work and there was a leak in the hallway.
This wasn’t a expensive stay but they need some work..

Aging hotel with uncomfortable beds. We stay there fairly regularly because the rooms are larger and accommodate our family. The hotel was completely empty except for us and we asked for a 1pm checkout and were denied, sort of disappointing given that we are there regularly.

Friendly staff, clean room and quiet establishment. One minor is sue with our room was addressed immediately.
