The rooms were refurbished in 2017 and feature natural colours and a pool view. All rooms are air-conditioned. They comprise a flat-screen TV, a safe, a work desk and a telephone. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub and a hairdryer. Towels, bathrobes and sauna sheets are provided. Complimentary tea and coffee is offered. The hotel serves buffet breakfast. Wellness facilities include an indoor pool, a hot tub, sauna and a fitness centre. Sunbeds, parasols and bathrobes are free of charge, while various massage treatments can be arranged at a surcharge. For an additional fee guest can play bowling, enjoy the adventure park, try the fitness- and aerobic training or visit the beauty salon. Guests receive a 10% discount in the Thermal Restaurant. The Nádasdy Castle, a botanical garden, a Neo-Classical Lutheran Church and St László Catholic Church are all within a 1.5 km radius. We chose this hotel to extend our stay from Park Inn which is directly next to this property and it made the transfer very easy. We ended up liking this property even more, as it is closer to the spa, has everything you need and the price point met our needs. Staff is very nice, and on the day of check out, they give you a locker where you can keep your valuables, change of clothes, shower and change before you head out. No need to rush out.. such a bonus. Our room had a balcony and it was very quiet.

We came to this hotel along with our friends (two couples altogether) for a longer weekend and we were just satisfied. This hotel is much smaller than the neighboring Park Inn, but offers nice comfort. Direct access to the superior thermal spa, as well as good physiotherapy and wellness area. The rooms were just fine, spacey, with king-size beds and comfortable mattresses. And staff, from the front desk through the room keeping, all were just friendly and helpful. Until now the best behavior I experienced. The only minor drawback - sliding sash net against flees and mosquitos did not work. Luckily it was not their season yet.

VitalMed is a tiny hotel with the perfect services and a very kindly staff,with the direct entry to the spa,what is very comfortable.In the rooms are big,very comfortable beds.There is a lot of thermal pools,and a nice place around...
