L’hotel è posizionata in un punto fantastico che guarda sull’ampia vallata che guarda verso il bellissimo golfo di Propriano. La piscina posta in alto vicino all’ampio parcheggio ha un paesaggio fantastico sulla valle e guarda anche verso la chiesa di San Damianu. La struttura è datata ed avrebbe bisogno di un profondo restauro,; non c’è angolo dell’hotel che mostri scarsa pulizia e disordine, il personale di servizio è difficilmente riconoscibile poiché nessuno indossa una uniforme della catena BW, nella stanza un cassetto rotto ed una maniglia mai riparata pur avendolo segnalato, l’ascensore rotto un giorno si ed uno no, il giardino poco curato.

L’hotel non è manutenuto. Sembra in stato di abbandono. Non abbiamo usato la terrazza perché ci sono le grondaie piene di acqua putrida a livello del terrazzo. Non hanno cambiato le salviette messe a terra ma ripiegate sporche. Imbarazzante.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite , molto ampia e con vista stupenda , anche se con doccia non regolabile come temperatura che ha richiesto intervento immediato. Ottima colazione a buffet e personale gentile. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane di taglia media, accettato alla prenotazione di Booking. Il terzo giorno nel primo pomeriggio abbiamo incrociato un signore che non faceva parte della reception che nemmeno si è presentato, che ci ha redarguiti per il cane che ha abbaiato (normale vista la presenza di numerosi gatti , almeno 3 intorno alla reception), ne è nato un diverbio acceso che ci ha costretto ad abbandonare l’hotel con una notte pagata anticipatamente ancora da utilizzare. Non torneremo di sicuro per come siamo stati trattati, nemmeno senza cane.

The grounds of this property are natural and pretty. We didn’t use the pool, but the pool environment looked very nice. We had a nice room with a small balcony with good views of the countryside and Sartène. Breakfasts were good. Two drawbacks - 1. it’s a steep walk up to the town of Sartène. 2. There is early morning road noise from the winding street below so I used ear plugs to sleep

Just arrived in the beautiful little town of Sartene, excited to visit the southern part of Corsica, we parked our car in a free spot in the hotel parking lot near a small building: near there was some discharged stuff stacked in a messy way. When we went out for dinner, a man popped out from the building we had parked near and asked us not to park in that spot because he lived there. At the check-in desk, there was a girl (who speaks barely English), with no BWH uniform or any other sign to help us identify her as a staff member. No one helped us with our luggage (the lift was broken every other day). The room was spacious, but more maintenance should be done regularly: there was mold in the bathtub, the wardrobe handle was broken and after few days when we tried to open a drawer, it fell down and no one fixed it even though we asked. The cleaning and maintenance of the common area should also be much improved. A guy, who was supposed to be the maintenance and gardener guy (not dressing uniform), was wandering around with poor results. Also the cleaner stuff. At the end of the day, we ask ”Where’s the manager?” Has the butler murdered him like in an Agatha Chiristie story?

We liked the nice view from the breakfast room and the room's balcony. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well, so did WiFi. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good though not much remained 30 minutes before closure and they were unable to make fried eggs or espresso. Hotel is deep need of refurbishing because it is oldish and badly maintained: the gutters were rusty, the furniture looked outdated. Bathrooms date back from the 80s. Elevator was being repaired and didn't work most or the time. Breakfast items were missing 30 minutes before the time of closure. Parking space was always full and dangerous to access. The location of the hotel is steep climb from the city center. We had booked a twin room and were given a double room upon check-in. It took reception half an hour before figuring out they could give us a triple room with one double bed and one single bed. Our room had a direct view on the breakfast terrace.

This is a great hotel and was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our 3 week tour of Corsica and the South of France - it takes some finding as the hotel is perched on the side of a steep hill and is virtually undetectable from the road - fabulous views, great staff and clean, well equipped rooms with good-sized balconies - superb swimming pool - large, secure car park - excellent breakfast - 10 minute walk into the old town square, 15 minutes going back to the hotel because it's up hill !

We spent 3 nights there. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious and filling—great views from the terrasse. The bedroom was roomy, comfy and clean—great outdoor pool. The hotel is conveniently located because it's not directly in the center of the town (so less noise and crowd) but just a 5/10-minute walk from it which means you do not need to take your car either. Would stay there again. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner.

Liked · The view of the landscape with a side of Sardene is the highlight. You enjoy it too on the pool, which is also great. A lot of parking spaces. Nice room with relatively new facilities. Teapot. About 20 minutes drive to Propriano and its beaches. You can also enjoy a walk to Sartene Disliked · It was diffcult to regulate the water in the shower. On the balcony there was a gap between the glassrail on the floor and we traveled with a crawling baby. Everytime we tried to close the gap with a chair for our safety, the service staff came in and opened it again. The breakfast was rather poor. The last negative aspect was an inclined toilet.

Hotel remarquable: situation, confort, amabilité de l'accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent. Parking auto inclus. Piscine pour profiter de l'endroit et du panorama. La meilleure façon de visiter les beautés du pays Sartenais. A recommander absolument.

Un hôtel tout équipé et très confortable idéalement situé pour bénéficier d une vue panoramique absolument unique ! La piscine extérieure vous invitera au farniente et vous vous délecterez de ce lieu magique ! L'équipe très conviviale, dévouée et sympathique sublimeront votre séjour qui sera assurément inoubliable ! Je recommande fortement !

Zeer goed hotel met prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel. Ook Engels sprekend. Absoluut een aanrader! Lekker ontbijt en zeer comfortabele bedden. Heerlijk geslapen.Fijn balkon We hadden een fijn verblijf en komen zeker terug.

Hôtel vieillissant, séjour de 4 jours au 2eme sous, envahie d’insecte dès l’ouverture de la fenêtre, plâtre dans les placards, couverture en boule, bruit d’écoulement d’eau nuit et jour (douche, pipi… la total) , draps et taies non changé en 4 jrs et taché par les insectes, tv non réglé qui m’a valu ma porte de chambre ouverte pendant mon absence (passage technicien), malgré des échanges avec la Direction rien n’a changé. Le PDJ a 15€ ne vaut pas le coup, croissant sec et cramé, pelure de fromage, et rien d’appétissant, même le café n’est pas bon. Piscine avec eau trouble, je ne l ai pas utilisé. Impossible de partir avant la fin et un surclassement proposé plus cher que mon site de réservation. J’ai refusé de payé pour un changement de chambre pour 2 nuits au prix demandé ! Pas isolation du bruit, discussion dans le couloir des FDM comme si elle était dans ma chambre, ceci à cesser au 3jrs. Sans oublier les araignées qui sont restées tout mon séjour dans la chambre et insectes non enlevés. Beurk ! L’hôtel m’a dit que je pouvais écrire mon mécontentement sur les réseaux, voila c’est fait ! Merci du conseil
