Hotel in zona Kulturgemeinschaft Sarstedt e.V., Sarstedt

Abbiamo già trascorso la seconda notte con la nostra piccola dama del tetto sulla nostra strada verso la Jylland settentrionale (circa la metà della distanza) dal 09.09./10.09.2023. Il parcheggio direttamente davanti all'edificio costa 10 euro al giorno, ma è consigliabile in considerazione della situazione del parcheggio intorno. Anche per i proprietari di cani è buono il cimitero (vecchio) di Maria, che è ora un parco e si può eseguire bene il suo quadrupolo GIORNO. La camera / hotel è stato in bella / mantenuta condizione (come già lo scorso anno) e può essere consigliato senza esitazione da noi.

Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assortment of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

La stanza è buona, la colazione è anche ricca e il prezzo è buono.La sala espositiva è molto vicina, più di un chilometro, la passeggiata è buona, la stazione ferroviaria non è lontana per giocare, il livello può essere raggiunto

L'hotel è consigliabile in generale. Letti, bagno e tutto l'ambiente sono coerenti. La colazione è abbondante ma non è sovraccaricata. Anche il personale è molto sforzato e amichevole! Critica la pulizia e l'hotel. L'esterno è quasi ovunque i rifiuti e le lastre sono sporche. La stanza sembra superficialmente pulita. Tuttavia, quando si guardano, tra l'altro, il tenore di cloro in polvere, ma anche gli specchi che hanno ancora strisce, le applicazioni in acciaio inox sono pulite in colore......... Il lavabo non è andato molto lentamente. Ci è stato offerto uno scambio di camere. Ci serve un'azione, e noi siamo abituati a un altro. In assenza di tale osservazione, la Commissione ha concluso che il pregiudizio subito dall'industria dell'Unione non era stato sufficientemente elevato.

We booked again a room at Leonardo Hotel Hannover and did not regret and we had a great stay and mostly everything was perfect. We got a nice room with view to the Tiergarten and shower as requested. The breakfast was super -as usual- and a great thank you to the staff, which is doing a great job in satisfying all requests of the guests. A special thank you to Mrs. A. Hormann, who is always friendly, attentive, she is really a ”pearl”. Thank you again to the whole staff and we will be back for sure!

Nel nostro gruppo molti di noi avevano chiesto letti separati ma ne hanno ottenuto uno doppio. Io e mio marito ci siamo separati. Il bar, aperto dalle 17 fino a mezzanotte, è annunciato sia su internet che in ogni stanza. In effetti non era affatto aperto. La donna alla reception ha sospirato forte quando abbiamo chiesto qualcosa, ad esempio un bicchiere per le bevande che avevamo comprato dal frigorifero. O qualche nocciola. Il sapone nella doccia era vuoto. Volevo un po' di pepe per le mie uova strapazzate e ho usato quello con una grande P sopra. Conteneva sale.

Grande hotel, tutto bene! Torniamo. Buon colazione, tutti molto gentile.
