What an amazing hotel. Beautiful views fantastic food and accommodation. Staff were so friendly and helpful always smiling nothing too much trouble. Special shout out to the client relations manager who was so helpful. The gardens were beautifully kept so lush. I would go as far as to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I had never been to Turkey before but rest assured I will be back. I went with 2 of my sons and their families, there was 13 of us all enjoying this wonderful place 😊

Review of TUI Magic Life Sarigerme, Turkey I’ve stayed at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme several times now, and that alone says a lot about how much I love this place! Two years ago, I visited with my husband and our 13-year-old son. This June, I came back with my mum for a special mum-and-daughter trip. And I’m already booked to return at the end of August – it truly suits all ages and occasions. From the moment you arrive, you feel the warmth of the team. The hospitality is outstanding, and you’re made to feel like a valued guest every single time. A special mention to the management team – especially Melek – who always goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. The territory of the hotel is simply beautiful – lush, green, and impeccably maintained. Cats wander around living their absolute best lives, and you’ll even spot a few peacocks strolling freely through the gardens, adding to the charm. There’s also a gorgeous adults-only area with a natural waterfall where you can relax in complete peace. The sandy beach and crystal-clear sea are just perfect, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds for everyone. Food is another highlight here – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The service is equally impressive, with friendly and attentive staff at every meal. My husband is a bit of a coffee snob, but even he was impressed by the quality of the morning coffee at the coffee bar! For those who like to stay active, the choice of sports is incredible: yoga, tennis, cycling – and best of all, all water sports are included. Our teenager loved the banana boat rides and water-skiing – both absolutely fantastic. If you’re an activity lover, it’s worth downloading the hotel’s app to check the daily schedule – there’s always something going on. If you fancy a little shopping, there’s a small promenade just a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, filled with a huge variety of “real fakes” for any taste 😉 – perfect for some light-hearted bargaining. This time, we’re adding something new: on my birthday, we’re hiring a private boat to explore secluded beaches and discover more of the beautiful Dalaman coastline. The only real downside for me has been the two rooftop à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean and Turkish). While the views from the roof are absolutely stunning, the food itself wasn’t particularly impressive, and each time we ended up back in the main restaurant, which never disappoints. One small tip: the lush, green surroundings do mean there are mosquitoes. Bring plug-ins for your room, insect spray, and anti-insect bracelets to stay comfortable. TUI Magic Life Sarigerme isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place that draws you back again and again. I can’t wait for my next visit!

This is our second year visiting, what a place! The quality of the service, food, accommodation and activities is simply outstanding. Big shout out to the water sports team - my other half got his license for the catamaran last year and made the most of it again this year with the support of the team. We really enjoyed the trip they organised too. The guest service team Sumeyye and Damia were fantastic! Helping us order gluten free food every day and being so supportive when our luggage was lost by the airline. George the TUI rep was incredible helping us out too - it’s when things go wrong you really see how great the team are in helping. The food was as fabulous as we remembered. The different themes every night are a great touch. The special care from the chefs with the gluten free options was exceptional. Also we wanted to call out Duran for his service in at the evening meals - if only we could bottle that work ethic, commitment and all with a smile, all customer service teams need a Duran :) The daily activities supported by the wonderful entertainment crew really made the whole holiday a wonderful experience. From running the classes in the day to entertaining in the evenings and staying up late to make sure everyone has the best time - to do it all over again the next day!! In a nutshell this is a great resort with an amazing team. Could not ask for more x

I came to this hotel on 3 separate occasions last week using a day pass which allowed me to have dinner and see the evening shows and entertainment. The food was delicious and every staff member I met very kind and friendly. Particularly special mention to the entertainment and show team who were all incredible, especially Mzamo who was not only talented but also went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The stay has been absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed it! All the activities, the variety of food and the hospitality have been wonderful!

Very fun trip. There is water sports you can do every time for free. The Restaurant is beautiful. Parties, special days. Sea is really good and clean. Only sand.
