Just had a fantastic week at the villa Kiydan Beautiful duplex apartments in a gorgeous setting 10 mins walk from Dalayan town center The apartments are large and well equipped and spotlessly clean nothing is too much trouble for Onur his wife and Staff . Looking forward to returning very soon Ann Proctor

Our first visit to Kiydan Apartments, but it certainly won't be our last. Onur and his family were so kind and helpful and on hand to answer any questions we had or to give advice on Dalyan and the surrounding areas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is set in beautiful grounds with well managed gardens and pool. Our beds were very comfortable, and the air con was a blessing during the hot nights. The lounge/dining room is comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with everything you need should you wish to cook. Cooker and Hob, fridge freezer, water cooler, and washing machine. Villa Kiydan Apartments are a little gem in a quiet area but only a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants.

What a fantastic place. There were 30 of us in all, friends and family and Onur and his lovely wife could not have been more welcoming or done any more to make our holiday special. Me and my hubbie stayed in the disabled bungalow where everything was perfect, particularly the bathroom for someone with limited mobility. The complex was spotless, our rooms cleaned daily and the villas are in a beautiful setting. I cannot recommend more highly and look forward to returning.

We have just returned from a lovely 2 weeks in Dalyan. Villa Kiydan is a lovely place in a quiet area. Rooms are very nice inside, air con works well, beds are comfy, kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need... water dispenser is a bonus. Pool area is lovely and kept very clean. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thank you Onur and family.

The villa and surroundings look very pretty. Beautiful gardens. The villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Air conditioning in bedrooms very good. Lovely maid. Owner usually around to help with any queries. Speaks English well. Nice pool. Quiet location. Feels safe. Honestly bar is very useful.

With only being 5 of us this year, we wanted something similar to the villa experience we had previously. Villa Kiydan was recommended to us by family and was the right type of accommodation for us this year. It always feels better when dealing with someone who has been recommended and liaison with Onur was so easy via messenger, all my queries were answered promptly and booking was easy. We stayed in a 2 bed duplex apartment, there was plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to mingle with other guests but there were quiet periods we had the pool and gardens to ourselves. The property and outside areas are well maintained and clean and the lady who cleans is a delight. Beach and shower towels provided. Rach villa has a hairdryer. The washing machine was a great bonus and I brought all clean clothes home. An easy flat walk into town with closer shops and eateries. Would recommend to any friend and family, gutted I won't be going back with my sister tomorrow. Linz Richards

Just back from another great stay at Villa Kiydan Apartment. It was so peaceful and quiet and perfect for relaxing . The duplex apartments are so we equipped for self catering and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping everyday and she was so lovely and takes great pride in her work. Onur and his wife are so welcoming. Only 10 minutes walk into town. Another perfect holiday and would highly recommend

We had another superb stay at Villa Kiydan with Onur and his family. We love the location, so quite and peaceful, and only a 10 minute stroll into town. We used the little shop which sells everything, only a few minutes away, and there are excellent restaurants for the nights we didn't want to go all the way into town. The two bedroom villa has absolutely everything we needed including a washing machine, and we love the benefit of the water cooler. The 'honesty bar' is superb for beers and ice cream while lazing by the amazing salt water pool during the day. There is also the option to pre-order food if required. The rooms are generous, plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table and hairdryer, super double shower, clean towels as often as required, cleaner pops in every day, and the bedding was changed during our one week stay. Onur is always on hand and nothing is ever too much trouble. One massive benefit is that what ever time you arrive or leave the villa is yours for the duration. See you soon!

Exceptional apartments, fully equipped for a self catering stay, very relaxed atmosphere, lovely to talk with repeat quests and felt very looked after and welcomed, beautiful pool and spotlessly clean everywhere, I would return in a heartbeat
