Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 16 mins to Siesta Key Beach, 15 mins to UTC Mall, 12 mins to Downtown Sarasota, 19 mins to SRQ Airport. This fully furnished home sleeps 7. We have 1 king size bed in the master with own bathroom, 2nd bedroom is a queen bed, 3rd bedroom is 1 full and 1 twin bunk bed, all rooms have Smart TV's, 2nd bathroom in the hallway. This open plan home with a big family room, 75" mounted Smart TV, dinning table for 6 About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please throw all trash before you leave. If your stay falls on Monday night - Tuesday morning, bring trash bins to the front of the house. No Parties..Please, at the end of your stay, place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and, if possible, start it. Do not set thermostat below 70°. Neat house, good experience We were in Florida to visit relatives in Lakewood Ranch and to see the beach. We liked the central location. The neighborhood was basic but was quiet and felt safe. The house was clean. It had everything that we needed with also some games for our children. The host sent us messages well to communicate about our reservation. It was easy to check-in, and the list was not complicated or overwhelming to check-out. We were really happy with it.

Peaceful Place We were in town for a wedding and this home was so convenient to EVERYTHING, including beaches. Home was super clean and was stocked with every supply we needed. Communication was swift answering any questions we had. VERY PLEASED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great place This house was good for my kids & my friends. It was only 10 mins away from where we had to be for football and only 15 mins from the mall & a lot of restaurants. When I reached out to the host I instantly got a reply. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.
