This is a 2 bedroomed, 1 bath house, centrally located near downtown Sarasota, pet friendly within walking distance to a great dog and family park that also has yoga, sports, and an Olympic size heated pool for only $2 a day entrance fee. Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach are both a 15 minute drive away. You won't have to drive far to enjoy all the amenities Sarasota has to offer, 5 minute drive to fabulous restaurants, supermarkets, including the farmers market on Saturdays and the Amish village where you will find all your fresh fruits and vegetables. Cinemas, theaters, the comedy club. the opera house are all a few minutes away. You can even walk to the bay from this property!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:The back yard is off limits to renters. it is being used by other renters at the back of the house.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.No smoking inside

A good place at a good price
You are not getting luxury, but you are getting a cozy place near everything in Sarasota. It was exactly what I wanted for a week of house hunting all around Sarasota and Venice. There are two spacious bedrooms. We only needed one, but it was nice to use the other just to keep our clothes well organized. I would recommend Tracey's cottage for a short stay of a week or so.

Nice Place overall.
Great place to stay. I messed up my days that we booked and she refunded r a day. She didn’t have to. It was really appreciated. We got to check in early, which was great. House was clean and well equipped. I would stay there again
