Clean and comfortable. Great location for traveling I-75. Limited breakfast choices. Overall very satisfied.

Booked a handicapped room and discovered a bed in a platform that made it very difficult to get in and out of. Also, bathtub instead of shower is not available at this location. Bathtub did have handrails but tub was very slick and had no anti slip treads and was very scary to get in and out of. Checkin was virtual and we saw one person on site that worked there. Will not use this location or hotel chain again if this is the best that they can offer.

The staff served two hotels—one next to this one. I don’t blame them at all. I blame Wyndham. They purchase all the hotels in the area and stuck a small limited staff with the responsibility. Any improvements Wyndham bank-rolled were purely cosmetic. They painted and landscaped. The entire HVAC system sucks. The first floor, where I first had a room and then changed it to upstairs because of wet sheets and water on the floor, was a nightmare. The rates, driven up by Spring Break, were outrageous. This hotel sucks. Again, not the staff’s fault. It’s Wyndham. Wyndham had a lot of damn nerve to charge what they did for a two night stay. Avoid this hotel, and it’s next door property.

The place was nothing to write home about but we weren’t there for luxury. We were not expecting the breakfast. It was quite nice. The video check in was odd and somewhat laughable. I called my family into the lobby to watch the show. They were not as entertained as I was. The place was clean but as with any aging accommodation, fading glory was evident. It was fine for 2 nights and staff was very nice.

There is no receptionist, but the computer is not that hard to use. The rooms were very clean, and the only upside down was a strong smell in the hall and the rooms. Besides that it was a good hotel, but the recommendation is do something about the smelling odor. Breakfast was ok, and didn't have an

Unattractive. No real person to check you in. One of our 3 rooms was dirty. Would not stay there again.

This has to be the worst checkin experience ever. Have to talk via video conference to a person, goodness knows where they are. So slow, creepy almost and the connections keeps dropping out. Takes about 20 minutes, queue was out the door. Absolutely no one to talk to, call the numbers just goes dead. Wifi only worked one day for a few hours, then nothing.
Unless you are desperate avoid at all costs, cancelled all forward bookings with Wyndham because of this.
