Me and my girlfriend stayed at Harbour for a week in August 2022. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but some things take my grade down. Firstly, it was rather difficult to find – both by the taxi driver but also since it's on a street below the main street. But that is probably an issue with Google Maps. The hotel itself seems fairly newly built. Modern, clean, and overall a luxury feel to it. The room is nice and clean, and TV is equipped with entertainment apps such as Netflix or Disney+, which was a positive for us since we could watch films on a rainy day. The breakfast is... different. My experience is that Albania doesn't have that much of a breakfast culture (super difficult to find a decent breakfast place outside the hotel before like noon, and the few that did have limited options). The breakfast at the hotel consisted of fried bread, olives, pizza (?), various fruits and desserts, and fried eggs that had been laid out for too long and therefore cold. However, it was an interesting experience – but don't expect a continental that some probably are used to. We also wanted to take up some breakfast food to the room as a change, but that was strictly forbidden. Pool usually had available sun beds. There is a beach you have access to just 50 meters from the hotel, but it was rather unclear which beach we were allowed to use for free (since it's like 3 different beaches that kinda blend together). But one of the receptionists was really helpful with this and other issues, another receptionist seemed rather careless when we wanted help with something. Overall okay stay with some issues that could easily be fixed. The overall experience is downgraded by guest-interacting service staff that just didn't feel so welcoming. Not a definitive 'yes' to if I'd stay here again, but also not a 'no'.
