Yo, so I stayed at this hotel, and it was pretty comfy, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. But the pillows were way too small and soft, man. Like, I couldn't even get a good night's sleep. And the cleanliness was alright, but the carpet in the room and the hallways was super dusty. It was like I was walking through a sandstorm or something. The location and service were okay, but nothing special. They didn't really go above and beyond or anything.

È solo un isolato dalla strada di shopping Tanukikoji 1-2 e è super facile raggiungere con il tram e i treni molto vicino. Pulizia e decorazione: mi piaceva come tutto fosse nuovo, e mi piaceva l'estetica oscura (fa sentire le camere più cosier grande nel mio caso, dal momento che siamo rimasti in mezzo all'inverno). La stanza era molto più piccola di quanto io non avessi mai fatto, ma ancora una volta mi piaceva quanto fosse gentile, e c’era ancora spazio per me. Uno dei piccoli che ho notato era l’odore di sigarette insopportabile nel lobby mentre andavi verso gli ascensori. Non è stato fino a dopo che ho capito che c'era una stanza di fumo alla fine della salottone.Odio davvero l'odore di sigarette, e mi ha disturbato ogni volta che sono tornato all'hotel a notte forse, qualcosa potrebbe essere fatto? Questo è l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva; tutto il resto non mi sono lamentato.

5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR, è molto conveniente per i viaggiatori che vogliono prendere JR durante il viaggio. Camere lucide pulite, considera spazioso per 2 adulti 1 bambino. Vicino a molte comode negozi e delizioso soppa curry con distanza a piedi. Prenderemo un taxi per la zona di Suskino a causa del tempo invernale.

Ci sono lavastoviglie n asciugamani che erano super convenienti. Ci è una zona comune enorme, ma non ho mai visto nessuno seduto lì. La gente era tranquilla e rispettava lo spazio. Ma c'era una donna americana che era al telefono, e tutti potevano sentire ogni parola che aveva detto. Finalmente, dopo un signore, le chiese di stare tranquilla, e immediatamente tagliava la conversazione. Mi piaceva il mio soggiorno. Per US$49 per tre notti al cuore di Sapporo, non c'è un migliore affare.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

This newly opened hotel is perfectly located next to Susukino station on Level 7. The Airport Limousine Bus will drop you about 1 block back from the hotel. The rooms are fairly small yet functional, bigger rooms have the lesser view so pick a small room. You will be unable to access the hotel onsen/spa unless you book a premium room with no paid access allowed. This seems like an incredible shortsided mindset of the hotel especially if the onsen is empty. Why not offer paid entry to guests during quiet times? The hotel also participates in extensive greenwashing with a fake commitment to helping the environment. If you choose eco housekeeping, they will still throw away your toothbrush and replace with another. On top of this, they give you a QR code to redeem a free bottle of water of tea (unsure how this helps the environment?) Breakfast is okay but be sure to arrive before 9am as food is not replenished or replaced on the buffet. There are lots of service staff standing and running around but not much productivity of cleaning tables, removing plates etc. The local area has extensive “girl information” shop fronts so I probably wouldn’t recommend the area for families although it did feel safe.

From JR Sapporo, need to take a subway to reach the hotel, and walking up a staircase is difficult with luggage. Near to shopping and food in Susukino. Good size room, big beds, the shower and bathtub are separate, don't have to stand in the bathtub to shower. Friendly staff who understand my English. Took care of our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Arigatou gozaimasu.
