A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

A Magical Stay at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning architecture, which beautifully blends French colonial elegance with the rich cultural heritage of Sapa. The rooms were impeccably designed, offering luxurious comfort with breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail, from the vintage-inspired decor to the plush bedding, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The service was outstanding—staff members were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Dining at Chic Restaurant was another highlight, with an exquisite selection of French and Vietnamese cuisine that delighted my taste buds. The indoor heated pool and spa provided the perfect retreat after exploring the stunning landscapes of Sapa. Overall, Hotel de la Coupole exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a luxurious escape in the mountains, this hotel is the perfect choice.

The hotel location was great, close enough to the city center; all within walking distance. Breakfast choice very good. The staff working at the hotel was super nice. The only issue we had was the departure. Two days before the ***** New Year, we booked a taxi at 6:40 am through the hotel, knowing that Grab would not be a good option as there would be few rides and possiblynone so early in the morning. We arrived at the reception at 6:10, confirmed that we booked a ride, and at 6:30 they inform us that the taxi cancelled at 6. Question 1, why did they wait for half an hour before informing us? Q2, if we had missed a bus, and subsequently our plane, what would have happened? It was a pure stroke of luck that a big van with other tourists happened to be next door, and we managed to negotiate a ride... Not to mention how stressful the whole situation was...Defined a damper on our stay in Sapa.

Eravamo un gruppo di amici, avevo prenotato l'hotel un mese prima di partire per il Vietnam, ma quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione e ci hanno lasciato aspettare per quasi un'ora. La notte pioveva e ci fu un'inondazione nel nostro dormitorio la mattina che credo fuga dal balcone, il personale ci ha offerto un'altra stanza, ma abbiamo quasi controllato però già 10.00 siamo così abbiamo usato solo quella stanza per showered. Il paesaggio dovrebbe essere molto bello se sei fortunato abbastanza da non ci sarà troppo buio e pioggia il giorno in cui rimani.

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

Room big and comfortable. Too foggy to see anything from the balcony. We enjoyed nice drink n snacks in the night sitting at the balcony. Breakfast witb a lot of variety. Walk out from 15th floor to go to Sapa town on foot 5 minutes.

The general manager and his staff provided excellent information about sightseeing and food in Sapa. They also helped me get a rental motorbike delivered to the hotel on a holiday weekend when my rental reservation was canceled by a local motorbike shop.
