Siamo stati in questa struttura una notte tra due giorni di trekking tra le risaie. Il primo venendo da Hanoi la mattina presto, il secondo ritornando ad Hanoi nel tardo pomeriggio. La posizione è fantastica per un tour di questo tipo. Abbiamo scelto il bungalow con qualche timore per gli insetti...ma non ne abbiamo visti. La pulizia è stata impeccabile e la vista era bellissima. Delizioso il gracchiare delle rane. La sera abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante e goduto di piatti sfiziosi e gradevoli. Staff gentile e premuroso. Da consigliare sicuramente

We had such a great time. We rented one of the bungalows, it was clean and comfy. The host advised us when to close the door and windows so that mosquitos would not get in. The staff were amazing and helped us organize our 4 day stay in Sapa, as well as organized our departure bus to Hanoi. We even got invited to the host's family dinner! Overall great place to stay!

We had amazing time at Rosie House. Accomodation is cozy and Tony is the best host. We spent here 4 nights so there was a lot Tony would help us and support us including arranging of hikes or bus to Hanoi. If we return to Sapa in the future we will go here again for sure.

5 stars for Rosie House! We stayed here for 2 nights and had the best time. The bungalow is private, well furnished and the bed is very comfortable and more than enough space for two. We LOVED the view from the balcony and from common areas. The view of the mountains and rice fields was spectacular at all times of the day. Tony is super kind and caring and made this stay even more special. You can tell he cares and offers outstanding hospitality. The last thing I want to say is that we had dinner at the restaurant both nights and the food was amazing. Easily one of the best meals we had in Vietnam. You can tell the food is made with love and had a homemade feel we were craving.

Came here with my wife for part of our honeymoon vacation. The view from the rooms is stunning, comfortable beds, and a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning is top notch (the pho is the star of the show). The hotel offers scooters to rent for a very affordable day rate. The staff working at the hotel are absolutely AMAZING. They do it all, offer laundry on site, organize trekking adventures, and will sort out taxis for you to get back to the bus station at the end of your stay, and so much more. We even got so lucky that one of the staff members hiked Mt. Fanspian with us! I would 10/10 recommend this as a place to stay. It was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. Ps. The two puppies that live at the homestay are just the cutest and most playful pair

Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Sapa. Huy, the manager, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. The property is a quick 10 minutes into the main part of Sapa town, but far enough away to feel more immersed with the nature. Absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains and the rice terraces. The room was great and very comfortable; room had A/C and a beautiful balcony to overlook the valley below. Food was superb at breakfast and dinner We really could not have asked for a better experience and will 100% return for our next trip to Sapa!

Loved this hotel. It was small, comfortable and the customer service was top notch. Vuy and the staff were always there to meet every need from arranging taxis and day tours to making us packed breakfasts when our morning departure was early. We enjoyed the food but best of all was the view, the garden and the peaceful environment.

If you are going to Sa Pa, you definitely should stay in Rosie House Sa Pa! This place is magical! Charming houses where every detail counts, unforgettable views from the balcony of the green rice fields and the highest mountains! The path to the houses is overgrown with beautiful flowers! And the most important! The best meals we've had anywhere we stayed. The colorful and healthy breakfast, dinner and lunch we ordered exceeded our expectations. They were wonderful! And also the owners who are very friendly, helpful and with big heart and affection to what they are doing. When you get there, be sure to ask about the ginger beer that Rosie prepares herself! Something wonderful! We will definitely come here again.

Everything was perfect for an exceptional and authentic stay with a stunning view on Sapa's rice terraces ! Food was incredible, but most of all Huy, our host, was the most kind, patient and helpful person we ever met. Everything is made for you to have a peaceful and comfy stay! We totally recommend and hope to be back here soon!
