Qoya São Paulo Paulista, Curio Collection by Hilton

Foi a primeira vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel Qoya. Eu e minhas amigas temos o hábito de pegar um dia do mês e "descansar" sem a família. Foi um momento muito tranquilo, de paz e conforto. Roupas de camas excelentes, localização perto de tudo o que necessitamos. Felipe e Francisco nos atenderam muito bem. O café da manhã também estava muito gostoso. Esperamos poder nos tornar clientes frequentes! Ah! e obviamente, foi através do site da TRIP que conseguimos realizar a reserva. Apesar que eu não entendi por qual motivo 3 cartões meus não foram aprovados (?), no final das contas, ocorreu tudo bem. Uma pena que a vista que tínhamos era de um prédio que nos impedia de deixar as cortinas totalmente abertas, pois nos sentimos bem expostas. No demais, só aproveitamos!

Everything was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great. To top it off, the evening dinner was even better. Had a robe waiting. I would definitely recommend staying here. They have valet parking for your convenience. The staff were pleasant, as well.

I loved almost everything about staying here. I came alone for 6 days for Reveillon aka New Years Eve. I was able to check in super early, around 10 am with no problems. I also requested a late checkout and they kindly provided that. It was walkable to everything on Paulista and easy to get Ubers and Taxis anywhere else. Would definitely stay again. Front desk staff was great! If only they could help more than one person at a time haha. The manager was so helpful and helped me file s police report. The door to my room wasn’t locking when shut snd they replaced it immediately. The lights and all electronics in the room can be controlled on your phone. I had a corner room either great views. The room service was great and fast, get the arancini. Loved the proximity to the Shopping Patio mall, with the movie theater and more food options. I wish the water temperature had gotten a bit hotter. The room slippers were custom and SO soft, and so was the robe. The lobby and room were GORGEOUS. Definitely five star in that regard. I even used the rooftop pool late at night while it was raining. The pool was heated 🥹 I did pay for daily breakfast but I only ate there once because I didn’t like the selection and the table service wasn’t good (I think others around me might have had a better experience). Would have liked more egg based options. You get room service and turn down service as well. I kept staying in the room late but was able to request room service for a little later. Its also right next door to a beautiful cultural park. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect location near major shopping malls but in a quiet block. Room was hip and comfortable. Black shower, sink, and floor with spot lights. Great water pressure from the rain shower head. Bed firm with crisp white sheets and soft pillows. Furnishings and cabinets were in great shape and decorative. Had challenges with connecting to Netflix but front desk credited me appropriately without me asking and I was very satisfied. Restaurant food for dinner was fantastic! Plenty to choose from. Great flavors and nicely presented. Breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was very reasonably priced. Rooftop pool was heated. Very clean area, popular music played at a low level. Gym had new equipment and allowed for working out major body parts. Had four Life Fitness treadmills. Staff very friendly and appreciative. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good stay. Best personalized service I’d ever experienced, provided by Ananda! We were celebrating our first marriage anniversary and everything went very well and peacefully. We really enjoyed. The breakfast was incredible too.

Excellent space. The service was impeccable, from the concierge through to restaurant. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with Bvlgari amenities. Each AM we had water delivered to the room and PM chocolates and a hand written note. Room had a foot spa with baths salts and herbs, lush robe and slippers. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Not a huge selection as they chose quality over quantity. There were also breakfast options to have items cooked for us, for no additional cost. 10/10!!
