Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre anni consecutivi. Ogni volta che l'auto va nella hall dell'hotel, qualcuno ti aiuterà immediatamente a portare i bagagli e a spingerli in camera. L'atteggiamento del check-in è molto buono. La vista sul mare dal balcone è molto buona e c'è una sedia esclusiva per rilassarsi sulla spiaggia. Mi piace il suono delle onde quando dormo la notte. Continuerà a vivere qui la prossima volta, spero che l'atteggiamento e il servizio continuino.

Chenguang è rimasto per 2 giorni l'anno scorso, e questa volta il bambino ha chiesto fortemente di rimanere di nuovo. La camera con vista sul mare al 3° piano era originariamente prevista e la signora alla reception è stata trasferita gratuitamente all'11° piano e la vista sul mare era più bella. L'hotel è dotato di piscina, palestra e ristorante. L'acqua della piscina è molto limpida e molto pulita. I bambini devono giocare per tre ore al giorno. La colazione è molto ricca. Accanto al ristorante, puoi assaggiare il pollo al cocco. Di fronte all'hotel c'è la spiaggia. Ci vogliono solo due minuti per attraversare la strada. Ho preso un appuntamento per un viaggio e mi sono divertito un sacco!

La disposizione della camera è molto bella, anche la posizione è molto buona, il soggiorno è molto felice, torna la prossima volta, il servizio di portineria è molto attento, specialmente il fratello tigre è molto caloroso

La colazione è molto ricca, variegata, molto buona. È solo che mi piace mangiare frutta e proteine a colazione, quindi non ho scattato altre foto. Hotel molto conveniente. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è la spiaggia e l'hotel ha anche una piscina, il che è buono. La piscina dell'hotel può essere utilizzata gratuitamente. Nuotiamo per un'ora, lo noleggiamo per 20 e lo compriamo per 50, che è un po' alto. La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza comoda, abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto di Phoenix e alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità di Sanya.

This hotel is very nice, but the restaurant on the ground floor is very noisy and the breakfast quality is too poor. Everything else is okay.

The hotel is ok. A problem with black mold in some rooms is evident and a damp smell in many. During the outbreak they served food but it wasn’t cheap and they couldn’t make changes to assist with soy sauce allergy. Also. The breakfast was terrible for a foreigner. Literally nothing edible besides rice congee. The did refund me when I wanted to check out early which is commendable and the rooms are quite nice albeit old. the pool was fantastic

The room is large and clean. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and right next to a food street that has good seafood and bbq options which are affordable and delicious. The hotel also had some small convenience stores in the lobby which were very helpful. The breakfast is not great, to be honest. But this is still a great choice for a large, clean room in a great location for a very good price and a nice pool. We had an excellent stay and view from our balcony! We will be back!

Stayed here many times. It has deteriorated since the pandemic with fewer staff for upkeep. Simple hotel with a ok breakfast. Beach is very close along with restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious with daily cleaning. The only problem was the beach area. Few chairs were available and were locked up. The local vendors use the chairs as a home base and take up most of the unlocked chairs. Some days they would let us use them and other days we had to wait for hotel staff to come unlock the other chairs. One day they asked a couple to pay for a chair as we waited, after some haggling they gave us a chair since we were staying at the hotel. It was a small problem, but a unneeded hassle on our holiday. We would stay here again and hope they clean up the beach area.

Definitely would not recommend. Feels more like one star that’s not worth the price. Most of the “amenities” offered are a lie. Private beach is not private at all. It’s just a beach full of jet ski so if you enjoy swimming and breathing in petrol, go for it. Swimming pool smells strongly of chloride. Apartment is very poor quality with mold and wallpapers falling off due to poor conditions. Breakfast was really bad. The western restaurant that is still advertised even in the elevator of a hotel, does not exist. The service is rude and dismissive. At the end we canceled after one night.

房間比較大，但可能因為海邊比較超市有味道，後來換了房間就好了。特別感謝給我換房的小姐姐，很熱情耐心，還幫助拿行李。酒店早餐很實在，比在外面吃強多了，味道也不錯。最滿意的是陽台可見海景，下樓穿個馬路就到海邊，非常方便。就是周圍可用餐的店較少，旁邊一條街最裡麪的海鮮大排檔還不錯，燒烤味道好

2015年住過一次，這次也可以説是故店重遊了。酒店的位置還是不錯的，面對三亞灣、椰林大道，吃飯和出行都比較方便。不像海月廣場附近人那麼多，算是靜動皆宜。在三亞灣，擁有這樣得天獨厚的環境條件價格卻不高企，很難得的。總之性價比很高。如果你對酒店服務和裝修等細節沒有太多要求的話，克拉碼頭確實不失為一個好選擇。 下面就要説但是了。入住了幾天後，前台服務生莫名其妙的打電話聯繫，説是要修理什麼，希望我們換住其它房間。這次來給長者訂的遊艇房，入住時安排在10樓，本來長者家挺滿意的，結果給調換的房間安排到另一側的5樓了……瞬間感覺前台小哥真的好算計、好聰明、好機智啊！不好聽的話真的懶得説，但是這種安排肯定體現了酒店的服務理念裏缺少對客户的尊重。當然了你要是説我這個每晚七百多的價格對應的就是這樣的服務，那就當我沒説。 附上幾張在酒店拍的照片，祝後來的旅行者愉快！

本着離機場距離較近，三亞的最後一站選擇了住在這個酒店，一進房間真是一言難盡，老舊，破舊不堪，一進房間一股子味兒，牆都掉皮，櫃子也是壞的，啥啥都壞，給人感覺這個酒店是在強硬的支撐着，我們訂的是兩室一廳的套房，3600多一晚，房間裏連一次性的拖鞋都沒有，總之就是沒啥服務可言，陽台的護欄都是壞的，也不修，拿鐵絲隨便一捆完事了，孩子去陽台很危險，定之前就知道肯定不能和亞龍灣海棠灣的五星級店去做對比，也有了心裏準備，但是沒想到那麼破舊，進了房間就想退房，因為我們就住一晚，所以就湊合了，以後肯定不會再入住這家酒店

酒店很不錯，距離椰夢長廊，三亞灣都很近，過馬路就是。步行兩三分鐘就可以。還有免費的旅拍，房間很大，早餐也很豐盛，適合一家人出遊

酒店距離機場比較近，開車不塞車情況下十分鐘能到，塞車需要10-15分鐘。 旁邊有很多燒烤店餐飲店，外賣也很方便。
