Un viaggio meraviglioso, un resort hotel molto carino, non potevo andare all'estero a giocare, non avevo molte speranze, ma devo dire che questo giorno festivo vale molto, grazie a Ctrip, grazie a MGM e ai maggiordomi Grace , abbiamo impostato una grande piscina La camera da letto è privata, pulita e ordinata. La colazione in tutto l'hotel è molto ricca e anche il catering speciale è molto buono. MGM è davvero un marchio internazionale. L'ultima volta che sono andato al Casinò di Las Vegas, ho scelto anche MGM Ti amo MGM Group

Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno in hotel. Non solo l'hotel, ma anche il servizio di Ctrip è 5 punti di lode. Il servizio di Grace è così buono e il servizio premuroso ha risolto tutte le mie esigenze e mi ha fornito molto aiuto. Questa volta ho scelto questo cinque stelle per il mio compleanno e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il servizio di Ctrip sta migliorando sempre di più e attendo con impazienza ogni prossimo ordine.

L'esperienza di stare in è fantastico. Le strutture di animazione per bambini sono molto complete. È molto facile da usare quando vieni. sceglierò la prossima volta. Anche gli scatti di viaggio forniti dall'hotel sono di grande valore. Il fotografo è molto professionale, sembra molto bello, ha buone capacità ed è molto divertente per i bambini e anche la tecnologia di acquisizione è sfruttata. Le espressioni delle foto dei bambini sono tutte a posto. Si consiglia la fotografia. Scatta foto per trovare piccole canzoni e non perderti 👍👍

Questo viaggio a Sanya ha avuto molto successo. Siamo stati al MGM Resorts. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. La famiglia è molto soddisfatta. Soprattutto il fiore manager, mi ha aiutato a risolvere molti problemi. La prossima volta che vengo a Sanya, sarò a un concorso di bellezza.

Second time in this hotel. Really wonderful stay. Beautiful rooms, good food, friendly staff and great location. Everything about our stay was awesome.

A great cozy hotel, with a large beautiful territory. It is equally suitable for a family holiday and for a romantic one. Concerts are organized for fans of parties, and if you want silence, there is also a place to retire. In addition to the standard set, there are beach slippers and a beach bag (you can not take extra pounds with you). There is even a petting zoo on the 1st floor. There is a separate organized space for children. There are many places for walking within walking distance. Of the 2 restaurants for breakfast, I liked Pin Ju Hainan Restaurant the most. The beach bar makes excellent kebabs. The sea is clean and calm. Yalong Bay beach is clean, the waves are rare and not big. We were from May 11, 2024 to May 24, there were no jellyfish or plankton, we swam for days, no one bit)). The service is 5+, the staff knows their business. I would like to express special thanks to Dorothy's manager. A super tactful professional. She helped us a lot in solving various issues, warned us, advised us, and promptly resolved all issues that arose. We have not met such managers for as long as we travel. I would give Dorothy the award: "best manager of the year." Special thanks to Dorothy for your attention. In general, by all criteria (beach holidays, medicine, shopping, entertainment), I liked Hainan more than Phuket, the Philippines and Turkey. The climate is very comfortable, at a temperature of +33-35, we did not die from the heat, apparently due to optimal humidity. We will definitely come back)))

We loved our stay here, the hotel is amazing! The view from every room is magnificent, and the beach is pristine. We were especially impressed with the service and hospitality - we loved our personal concierge Jelly! She promptly took care of everything we needed and she made our stay there especially pleasant. Her service and her attitude were very impressive! We will definitely come back!

Very good experience. The restaurants and cafes in the hotel are a bit overpriced… but I guess this is normal for hotels in China. You still can go out or order food from Meituan. The staff was very nice. Jelly and Harry took good care of us and we felt very welcome.

If you like hotels with many activities then MGM is right hotel for you. Water sports on the beach, zip line, adventure park, surfing, ... The pools water is very warm and you have to be fast to catch the chairs around the pool. The gym on others side needs an upgrade, equipment ist old, rusty and treadmill make squeaky sounds while using. Breakfast is good but need go very early... As foreigners get the contact from Candy at reservation and she will help you with all requests.

We stayed there as a family with 2 kids. Everywhere and every hours we could find enjoyable activities for them , kids never bored. Reaching to beach or pool is so easy. Restaurant and meal options are so rich. All nights you can enjoy shows from talented team. Hotel staffs are so helpful and kind. some of them did their best always to make us satisfied. Especially 魏敏 Wei Min helped us a lot. We are so thankful to her and her all kind colleagues.

We love MGM Sanya. It is a family hotel with lots of if kids. I came here with my wife and it’s totally fine too. We traveled around China and stayed in all 5 stars hotel and this is much wife’s favorite. The view from our room is amazing. It’s garden and Mountain View. We enjoyed the pool and beach. There’s show at night and the breakfast is one of the best. It’s very clean and although the hotel is over 10 years but it still looks new. Friendly staffs and it’s one of the place we would come back again. Glad we pick this hotel.

I booked the hotel for my 3 days holiday. I would say this was a memorable experience for me at MGM. It has a great location at Yalong Bay, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor of the hotel looks like a waterworld park, with a lot of swimming & sunbathing places, and even a small water playground for kids. I enjoyed the surf experience in the hotel. Room was very clean, and tidy, and up to standard. We were staying in the lagoon room, with a swimming pool in the front. The pool water was very clean. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese foods. Staff were super nice and really helpful especially Jelly Shen, who ensured a smooth transition of our room. She provided the flexibility and arranged different outdoor activities for us since we are not good in mandarin, and also provided sightseeing advices within the area. In these 3 days, she was more like a friend of us, provided exceptional support for our need. This was one of our best travel experience we had ever. I would highly recommended to stay here for those who like water activities or with kids.
