Shanghai Huating Boutique Hotel

這麼多次來三亞，第一次到大東海玩，因為天氣原因，飛機晚點索性就改簽了第二天的飛機，於是就有了這次額外的一天遊玩，事實證明，這個決策相當的正確。 前台小妹給我們升級了，非常nice。酒店式公寓，房間很大，燈很多，還有兩個主燈，晚上也很亮堂。還有個大陽台，正對着園區內的泳池，泳池有滑梯看着不錯可惜沒時間去玩玩。陽台上有桿子可以晾衣服。 有沙發，冰箱，還有電磁爐和油煙機，烤箱，做飯都可以了，烤箱還是卡薩帝的。 最棒的是浴室，居然左右兩個花灑，這樣就可以跟孩子一起洗澡了。 一層大廳很多藤椅可以休息，打車去市區玩都很方便，出門走不遠就有吃飯的和超市，大概十分鐘就到海邊了。 海邊的水質還可以比三亞灣好很多，但是沙灘都是貝殼和石頭，珊瑚的碎渣，很紮腳，而且水比較深，比亞龍灣也要涼很多。 海邊的娛樂很多，有水上項目，岸邊還有一排酒吧，晚上來坐坐吹海風應該挺棒的。 白天玩水，晚上打車20元就到椰夢長廊，抓寄居蟹，很有意思。

We chose this hotel because of the location and price. Overall it was great. The cleaning staff were great, and the room was always spotless. Check in was easy. Breakfast is very Chinese style with limited Western options and the coffee was undrinkable but the juice was good. The pool was amazing but they do require a swim cap. Access to Dadonghai Beach is about a 10 minute walk. We would stay again.

房間超大，有陽台，寶寶在房間跑來跑去，可開心了。樓下就是游泳池，寶寶一直站在陽台説“游泳”，太可愛了，帶她去游泳都不想回房間了。酒店服務也超棒，特別是前台小楊，很有耐心，還給我們安排了位置很好的房間。在酒店期間，有什麼事找前台小姐姐小張和小符都能解決。酒店附近吃飯也很方便，真是帶孩子出行的好選擇。

The hotel is good for the price. The pool is nice but too much chemicals for the sensitive skin. The room card was blocked before the check out time, a bit stressful because the reception is in another building. Otherwise, recommended.

I had a family vacation, I booked 2 parallel rooms, but I was given a room on 2 different floors. Also, the hotel was not clean enough, the gym was old, the equipment was broken, and there was a lot of dirt and dust. Hotel receptionists did not have a minimum knowledge of English, which made it difficult to communicate.

Overall I liked my stay at this hotel. Location is good, pool is clean and spacious. The room has kitchen and big balcony. The view is beautiful. The check in was smooth. We came before check in time but they let us in 30minutes earlier.

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

The hotel stay was great. It was centrally located and the beach was close enough to walk within a few minutes. Breakfast was satisfactory and had many selections. I encourage you to make sure you keep a receipt for your initial deposit and confirm that it is returned prior to leaving. Our only complaint is we booked with Trip.com and prepaid for 5 nights. Due to flight delays we were only able to use 4 of the 5 prepaid nights. No refund was offered or even acknowledged. I do not recommend using Trip.com. Terrible experience
