Senza pulizia Inizialmente il bagno della camera d'albergo non era stato pulito adeguatamente, ma successivamente la pulizia della casa è ottima. Forniscono anche molte bevande gratuite. Servizio Hanno assegnato un maggiordomo Arif che è amichevole e dedito al suo lavoro e ti invierà un messaggio ogni giorno se è necessario effettuare la prenotazione e offrire uno sconto. Mi ha regalato 4 delfini rosa nonostante non abbia utilizzato il suo servizio, sarebbe fantastico se controllasse se i miei figli sono maschi o femmine. A entrambi i miei ragazzi non piace, quindi abbiamo restituito 2 delfini con consigli per lui. Ricordati di fornirgli un feedback positivo e uno screenshot immediatamente dopo il tuo soggiorno, altrimenti continuerà a tormentarti per farlo subito. È molto laborioso. Il concierge non è disposto a fare uno sforzo in più per mandarci alla stazione ferroviaria nonostante sia più vicino all'aeroporto. Per un hotel a 5-7 stelle, il servizio è inferiore alla media rispetto all'hotel a 3 stelle in cui ho soggiornato in precedenza e all'hotel a 5 stelle successivo. Il servizio è molto importante e mi hanno lasciato disagio e delusione. Lo metto a 2 stelle invece di 1 perché almeno hanno fatto una torta di compleanno per il mio amico su richiesta precedente. Posizione La posizione è orribile per me in quanto il centro commerciale duty-free nelle vicinanze non mi consente di effettuare alcun acquisto poiché il mio volo di andata è a Meilan invece che all'aeroporto di Phoenix, verso il quale il mio paese non vola. Peggiora l'esperienza di acquisto e il cibo nelle vicinanze è alle stelle. Parco acquatico L'unico punto a favore lo classificherei fantastico è il parco acquatico Aquaventure che è divertente e incluso nel pacchetto. Il personale è cordiale e guida bene le cose per garantire che tutto sia sicuro e protetto. L'acquario è molto piccolo ma comunque considerato buono, dato che è incluso nella confezione Colazione Ho cenato due volte a Saffron ed è stato orribile. Il cibo è molto oleoso, cibo ricco di carboidrati, il posto è grande, disordinato e con molte stazioni di duplicazione. Riempiono l'hotel con carboidrati e cibo oleoso. Non ci sono cambiamenti nel cibo quando ceno la seconda volta. È peggio di un hotel a 3 stelle. A tutti e 8 non piace il cibo, la seconda volta che sono partito in 10 minuti non ho visto ancora alcun cambiamento. Il mio ragazzo ha solo 1 fetta di pane. Ho dovuto spendere soldi per cenare altrove. Fai il check-out immediatamente presto quel giorno perché non c'è altro posto dove cenare la mattina presto. Ho cenato una volta al Kaleidoscope che trovo almeno corrispondente allo standard di un hotel a 4-5 stelle. Il cibo è molto migliore, non ci sono duplicazioni e almeno c'è del cibo proteico. Il posto è grande ma molto più organizzato. Quindi se hai prenotato l'hotel, ti consiglio di cenare qui invece di Saffron. Nel complesso consiglio il parco aquaventure e il soggiorno in bassa stagione poiché il prezzo è ancora accettabile. Non raccomandato per i prezzi di alta stagione in quanto ci sono molte opzioni migliori. La valutazione si basa sulle aspettative di un hotel a 5 stelle.

This hotel is so good and here staff is also so helpful , just a request to introduce some vegan food as well as it’s so difficult for vegan . Great location We enjoyed water park , show , beach and aquarium , at one place many avtivities .

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Sanya. The room was impeccably clean, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and seamless. Mrs. Rafaela was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. With so many activities to choose from, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort at all during our short visit.

We had a really nice and enjoyable few days. The pool and the outdoor pool at the hotel are very nice. I really liked it. This hotel employer name’s Majeed Arif very nice and kind service. Also give us little presents for my children. My daughter very happy to staying.

A special mention must go to our personal butler, Simran, whose warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail made our holiday seamless. No request was too big or small for her, and she always assisted us with a genuine smile. In short, Atlantis Sanya is nothing less than extraordinary. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free getaway. It’s a destination we would happily return to again and again.

We are coming to Atlantis Sanya every year and we always enjoy the great service and the abundance of facilities this place has to offer for families. This year we had particularly great support by Rafaela who took care of all our needs with great motivation. I would like to leave one constructive remark the hotel could try to improve. During the years we noticed that breakfast options became less diverse. The buffet is large but it's mainly every day the same. I would hope to see a bit more western style options in the coming year as we definitely will head back to Atlantis for the next Christmas time.
