Il parcheggio è incluso . Puoi stare tutto il tempo che vuoi . Ci ritornerei

From the moment we arrived, on a wet and windy April day, the Lilium team made everything feel perfect. The check in process smooth, personal and flawless, around to our fabulous room overlooking the stunning caldera of Santorini and into the beautiful restaurant for a welcome drink and lunch. Our room was on the pool level and was perfect. Room 103 with two windows out, was super spacious and effortlessly chic. Santorini minimalist in design, where less is more, and decorated in pure white throughout. Maybe missing a few drawers or shelves in the wardrobe, but all else was great. The beds are super comfortable and we sank into them! Every time we stepped out of the room we had a different picture postcard view. Laying by the pool, when the sun shone for us (we went early in the season, so we weren’t blessed with the weather), on the super comfortable sunbeds or laying on the beds in the infinity pool was like living a filmstar life. The restaurant at the Lilium serves such delicious food that we were disappointed when we ate outside the hotel. All staff throughout the hotel are super friendly, helpful, polite and nice, from reception to restaurant, porters to cleaners. The location is so central that we walked into Fira, to Imerovigleon, Pyrgos, Megalochorion, Vothon and many more beautiful villages. We also rented a car through the hotel and drove to Oia and to Akrotiri to the lighthouse. Lilium is absolutely deserving of all the praise it gets and should be recognised for its excellence. Thank you Lilium, you made our long awaited visit to Santorini just perfect.

Il colazione è delizioso, così da scegliere da 👌 Abbiamo prenotato un trasferimento dall'aeroporto attraverso l'hotel e questo ha funzionato perfettamente, anche se abbiamo avuto un ritardo di 4 ore. Se arrivate dopo le 11:00, il ristorante e il bar sono chiusi all'hotel e non c'è niente di vicino per prendere cibo o bere da. Il trasferimento gratuito a Fira ha funzionato molto bene per noi. Le bevande all'hotel sono costose e vi consegnano solo una piccola bottiglia d'acqua per il complimento di arrivo. Personalmente ho pensato che fosse stato un 5 stelle che doveva essere fornito tè, caffè, latte e acqua, ma c'è un po' di strada per ottenere l'offerta. Visitare l'hotel sorella al di là della vista di Volcano è un must, perché la vista da lì è favolosa. Abbiamo avuto un paio di cocktail molto cari ma costosi, ma ci valuteremo per la vista al sole. Tutti e due gli hotel non avevano una vibrazione di notte, anche se siamo usciti dalla stagione, quindi sono sicuro che non sempre. Perfetto per noi, perché volevamo una pausa rilassante. Solo critica è che, sebbene abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla, abbiamo solo 2 posti a sedere fuori. Ho dovuto chiedere due volte una seconda sedia quando è stata tolta.

Abbiamo alloggiato questa settimana per 4 giorni nella struttura . che dire?! Ci è piaciuta un sacco, dalla nostra Jacuzzi riscaldata vi è una vista caldera incredibile! L'unica pecca è che manca di privacy dato che dalla piscina grande e dalla stanza accanto alla nostra sono aperte ed anche gente esterna che passa ed entra dal corridoio esterno può vedere, 5 minuti da Fira evitando il caos ,ambiente pulito , colazione servita al tavolo senza buffet ,croissants caldi.Maria è stata gentilissima e disponibile,se dovessi ritornare a Santorini ci ritornerei sicuramente in questa struttura, grazie ancora da FEDERICA ed ALESSANDRO 😘

We were blown away by Petit Palace and the staff. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were recommended by our travel agent and took her advice for previous exceptional recommendations. We read the reviews in advance so we had high expectations. Our experience exceeded even the best reviews. Upon checkin, the staff make you a priority. They know when you leave, so they clean your room when you’re gone not to disturb you. They remember your names, food preferences and always greet you with a genuine smile. The food at Elia is INCREDIBLE. The effort put into quality and presentation is next level. We were in Santorini fir 6 days, and explored the entire island. Some of the best food and cocktails were at Elia. The pool and view is exquisite. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I always try to say one non positive thing in reviews, but this place makes it a challenge. If anything, the shower takes some getting used to, as it’s a shower head with no door or curtain. But this may just be my Canadian self not accustom to some European countries? I ended up loving it after a day or two, so ZERO negative to say about PP. This place is heaven. Secluded for tranquility, but not far enough from towns that you feel remote. To start our honeymoon here was a dream come true. Thank you to reception staff Fotini and Peny who were always so helpful and kind, as well as made reservations for us! Manager Thimios was always welcoming us, genuinely curious as to our travel plans and santorini experience and gave us tips. The restaurant staff at Elia were incredible. Chris, Tina and Fay: you were all incredible. You remembered our orders and have us great recommendations for the trip. There were two other gentleman who we only had once each and they were amazing too, I just never got their names! The gentleman who carried our luggage was Mili I believe and he was so kind. Always working with a smile on his face. We were so incredible happy with this resort. It felt like home, if home was in the most beautiful place in the world. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Siamo arrivati prima del giorno e ci siamo chiesti se potessimo effettuare un check-in precoce. Ci è stato detto che la stanza che abbiamo prenotato non è disponibile presto, quindi potremmo aggiornare in un'altra stanza e ottenere un check-in precoce in opzione. Quando abbiamo controllato la stanza non sembrava alcuna aggiornamento, perché era piuttosto fondamentale. Inoltre, se queste sono quanto sono la maggior parte delle stanze, non sono grandi. La stanza aveva una scala per andare “su” dove si trovava un piccolo letto, e il soffitto era così basso che anche un piccolo 5-foot di altezza come me avrebbe battuto la testa. Le scale non sono troppo sicure, quindi se dovete camminare in mezzo alla notte per usare il bagno sotto la zona di letto, è meglio essere completamente sveglio e cauto se le vostre passi. Il doccia non ha funzionato bene con acqua calda/ fredda. Non ho potuto lavarmi i capelli, ho dovuto uscire rapidamente dal doccia. Avrei preferito se ci avessero appena detto che ci sarebbe stato un onere aggiuntivo per il check-in precoce. In caso di errore, e questa stanza era in realtà un ‘aggiornamento’ allora non so quale sarà la stanza di base. Non riesco a immaginare cosa sarebbe ancora meno. Forse non c'è finestra / balcone. La piscina era chiusa, probabilmente perché era ancora fredda quando siamo andati. La struttura è molto bella, ma è a soli 10 minuti di taxi dalla piazza della città. E' abbastanza pulito. Solo che le camere sono troppo basilari e il piccolo letto in piccolo spazio è stato incomfortabile per due persone a dormire in. Era claustrobico per me. Non potevo dormire bene, non potevo fare il bagno bene. Ma mi sono divertito a sedermi sul balcone e a riposare il mio tè in pace.

Per coloro che visitano l'isola di Santorini per la prima volta, sarà piacevole soggiornare, poiché si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto ...tan vicino alla terrazza ha una vista unica sulla pista di atterraggio. L'isola è divisa in zone; Ampelos appartiene alla zona di PYRGOS ma è molto unico il modo di andare da un luogo all'altro come qualsiasi luogo dell'isola. Manos è il gestore della proprietà, vi darà un benvenuto grato.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dopo mie varie ricerche su Booking . Una junior suite con vista mare molto carina e con vista tramonto spettacolare. Pecca dell’hotel? Lo staff . A colazione non ricevevamo mai un sorriso ne un buongiorno, arrivati la sera tardi del sabato e con una prenotazione al ristorante la ragazza italiana senza spiegarci nulla della struttura ci chiede di pagare in anticipo dopo un viaggio lungo è stancante . In 9 notti le lenzuola ci sono state cambiate solo una volta , le asciugamani erano sporche per il resto la signora delle pulizie era dolcissima e forse l’unica che ci sorrideva . L’acqua della piscina è ghiacciata infatti ci è stato Impossibile farci il bagno e i lettini tutti macchiati . Per il resto la struttura da migliorare e colazione davvero misera , le brioche cotte troppo e dure che per un italiano( essendocene tanti li ) è davvero esagerato . Comunque la struttura vale e ci ritornerei volentieri
