Bellissimo Hotel Ben curato in confronto a tanti altri Ovviamente lo stile italiano e impeccabile ma possiamo dire che siamo stati benissimo ed era tutto perfetto compreso camere piscina e servizi ! Cordiali in tutto veramente ! Relax e bella gente

La nostra stanza era affacciata sulla piscina con un grande balcone, veramente carina, spaziosa e cosa importantissima: sempre perfettamente pulita, come del resto il bagno (gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno nonostante li appendessimo perché usati 1 volta) La piscina grande e mai affollata, sempre piacevole farsi un tuffo fresco nel tardo pomeriggio. La nota più positiva è stata per noi il personale! Nonostante fossimo in giro tutto il giorno e di conseguenza vedessimo poco le persone in reception, ad ogni saluto avevano il sorriso pronto e ad ogni necessità si sono dimostrati veramente cordiali e disponibili.. alcuni esempi: ci hanno stampato le carte d’imbarco, ci hanno permesso di rimanere in piscina tutto il giorno nonostante avessimo già effettuato il check-out e ci ha persino messo Netflix nella haul in attesa del nostro autobus! Caldamente consigliato!

Abbiamo alloggiato nella Royal Suite in luna di miele. La posizione non potrebbe essere migliore e le camere erano di altissimo livello. Considerando le dimensioni della camera e le strutture, penso che l'andamento dei costi sia abbastanza buono a Santorini. La Royal Suite ha una sensazione speciale perché si accede all'area riservata direttamente dal ristorante. La piscina principale era una piscina riscaldata, e c'erano sedie e un bancone bar in piscina. Goditi deliziosi cocktail al bar della piscina mentre ti immergi in piscina. Soprattutto il ristorante è di altissima qualità. Era un assaggio del livello che va anche in Giappone. Non era così costoso, ed era un prezzo medio a Santorini, quindi è consigliato anche se usi solo il ristorante.

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

Siamo rimasti così soddisfatti di questo hotel che ci siamo fermati solo per una notte e ci siamo fermati di nuovo il giorno successivo. La vista è molto bella, il posto migliore per ammirare il tramonto. La piattaforma panoramica è ottima per scattare foto e guardare il tramonto. La camera è ampia e confortevole, il prezzo è moderato e l'igiene è buona. La colazione era molto ricca e molto buona. Anche il servizio è molto entusiasta, aiutandoci a portare i bagagli lungo la strada, stampando i biglietti per noi, ecc. È anche molto comodo mangiare in giro. Mi piace questo posto e lo consiglierei volentieri agli amici.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

Abbiamo recentemente soggiornato in questo hotel direttamente affacciato sulla caldera di Santorini. La posizione , Firostefani, oltre ad é essere bellissima é davvero perfetta per girare l'isola e per uscire la sera a piedi senza dover prendere la macchina. Krisoula (spero si scriva così!) É davvero fantastica , impeccabile, gentile e sempre super disponibile, ogni mattina ci dava consigli su dove andare in base al vento e ci ha aiutato ad affittare la macchina facendogli trovare direttamente all'hotel. Le uniche piccole cose che mi sento di segnalare sono il bagno davvero un pó piccolo della nostra camera al piano superiore (facevamo fatica a chiudere la porta) e un pó di odore di fogna soprattutto la sera ma questa é una cosa facilmente riscontrabile in parecchi hotel dell'isola. Per il resto la pulizia era impeccabile, credo che questo sia fondamentale! Ne approfittiamo ancora per ringraziare Cristina 😜 e speriamo davvero di tornare a trovarla presto!! Grazie, Renta e personale, per un soggiorno memorabile a Santorini. Ho avuto qualche dubbio circa la posizione delle suite che si guardava alla Caldera e al salto che potrebbe essere richiesto, ma l'hotel è facilmente accessibile con gentili gentiluomini che portano il bagaglio nella vostra stanza e lo prendono quando siete pronti a partire. L'alloggio è spazioso, ben strutturato e ha una vista incredibile sul mare. In queste stesse mattine, quando eravamo molto fortunati, una parata di agnelli e un mulo si scontravano sul sentiero vicino all'hotel, portando materiali verso i siti vicini. Naturalmente il nostro soggiorno di novembre significava che molti ristoranti e negozi a Imeroviglia erano chiusi, ma Fira è vicino. Mitta vi chiamerà Nico per darvi una passeggiata in città. Tutti e due sono così graziosi e accoglienti che ci siamo molto piaceti il nostro soggiorno. Dopo il consiglio di Renta, abbiamo preso la tour catamaran della Caldera, un must per vedere la Caldera dal mare. Il lato più di Santorini in novembre è una totale mancanza di folle. Il tempo era soleggiato e nei settanta ogni giorno, che forse era un'anomalia greca, ma perfetta per noi.

Hotel situato in una posizione spettacolare sulla caldera. Camera confortevole e molto pulita con vista sulla piscina. Personale alla reception molto cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione Che spettacolo. Bellissima esperienza. Assolutamente consigliato

We arrived 3 hours late due to flight delays meaning we arrived at the hotel at 2.30am and unfortunately, we didn't call ahead so there was no one to check us in and we had to sleep outside by the pool on the sunbeds - so make sure you call ahead and let reception know if you're arriving at the hotel after 11pm!! Other than this slight mishap, there really is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. The location is great - there's a bus directly outside the hotel that you can get into Oia and it goes into Fira too - a one way trip is only €2 per person so excellent value for money. We took Uber everywhere else but reception will call a taxi for you if you need. We booked our Sunset Yacht Tour through reception and everything was handled smoothly. They just told us where to be and when - reception dealt with everything else. The rooms are great although not as spacious as you might think - very little space to hang clothes and dry clothes but they were clean and we got clean towels for the room and clean beach towels every day. Our private plunge pool was great as well - more than big enough for 2 people, private space and the view was incredible. The staff were incredibly helpful - especially Krystal - when she realised we had slept on the bed outside she showed us to our room immediately told us to rest up and then come and see her when we were ready. Eto and Ivan were great too - so friendly and helpful, ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast gets 5 stars from us - all freshy cooked and prepared for you depending on your selection (and there is plenty to choose from) and served with incredible views by the pool/bar. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat - no questions asked!
