Siamo stati la prima volta a Santorini e abbiamo trascorso 2 notti con mia moglie, lo adoriamo. Tutto era perfetto, il personale era molto disponibile e sorrideva tutto il tempo. La piscina era estremamente brillante, la vista sulla caldera brillante lo adoro. La nostra camera era pulita e perfetta e vista incredibile. Quello che prenotiamo ce l'abbiamo. Ed è perfetto per un soggiorno in famiglia. Il punto negativo è: Akrotiri è un piccolo villaggio / centro città con piccoli 4-5 ristoranti e un supermercato in centro. Ma vicino alla spiaggia rossa ma non è facile camminare e tornare indietro? Un altro punto negativo è che la doccia non ha acqua calda e l'acqua della doccia e del rubinetto è salata. Un altro è la nostra colazione che abbiamo ordinato un giorno una frittata e un altro giorno l'uovo strapazzato era molto grasso / olio altre cose a colazione erano deliziose. Consigliato succo d'arancia fresco, caffè e dessert del giorno. Grazie mille hotel Apanemo, torneremo presto.

Oggi primo giorno della nostra luna di miele a Santorini, veniamo subito accolti calorosamente dal personale della struttura e dal manager Ioannis. Sebbene arrivati molto in anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in, alle 8:30 del mattino, ci permettono l’accesso alla piscina comune della struttura con tutti i servizi annessi. Richiediamo un quad che non eravamo riusciti a prenotare online a causa del tutto esaurito sull’isola. Il manager ci trova immediatamente la soluzione e nel giro di 1 ora ci consegnano il mezzo direttamente nel parcheggio della struttura. Veniamo telefonicamente avvertiti che la nostra villa è pronta 1h prima dell’orario del check in. Durante il check-in arriva la vera sorpresa: il manager ci comunica che a partire da domani ci verrà cambiata la villa attuale, già di altissimo livello, pulitissima, fornita di private pool e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, con l’esclusiva villa “honeymoon”, la migliore della struttura. La location è facilmente raggiungibile con un taxi dall’aeroporto ed è situata in una zona riservata, perfetta per vivere al meglio il mood di relax dell’isola. È semplice trovare dei posti fantastici a Santorini. È molto difficile, invece, trovare uno staff migliore di quello del Cape9, così accogliente, pronto a soddisfare ogni minimo bisogno e in grado di far sentire il cliente come in una favola. Il nostro voto non può che essere 5 stelle.

La struttura è situata in un luogo tranquillo sul lato meridionale dell'isola, con una vista magnifica, soprattutto dalla camera da letto sul primo piano del mattino o dalla piscina al sole. La stanza ha tutte le attese e poi alcune: un grande jacuzzi per 2, un minibar completamente pacchetto - e incluso - un angolo di caffè e tè e un asciugacapelli. La colazione può essere servita nella stanza o al bar dalla piscina e comprende una vasta gamma di scelte - chi può resistere a questi deliziosi pancake? O croissants? O omeletta? O ... Tornate alla posizione, ovviamente vi sarà bisogno di un veicolo per visitare il resto dell'isola - Fira è a circa 20 minuti di distanza e Oia 45 minuti di auto. Fortunatamente Santorini offre una scelta di auto, quad e scooter, quindi ci è una soluzione per ogni bilancio. Preferissimo Fira piuttosto che Oia, ma ci sono anche molte altre belle aree da visitare. La stanza era pulita e condizionata ogni giorno a standard elevati e il personale era sempre amichevole e utile. Il nostro ospite ha offerto un caldo benvenuto quando siamo arrivati e persino lasciamo stare per il caffè vicino alla piscina dopo aver fatto il check-out - non lo vedete in altri hotel. In sintesi, il Paradiso assoluto deve essere uno dei migliori hotel a Santorini. Paradiso, assolutamente.

Il nostro secondo soggiorno a Santorini e voleva andare da qualche parte lontano da pesante calcio turistico. Questa villa offre diverse capacità di camera da letto che sono tutte separate con strutture in suite. Le letti sono confortevoli e non troppo duri. La colazione è ordinata il giorno precedente. La nostra suite era il più alto livello e ha offerto una bella vista sul Calder a. Il nostro caloroso tubo era fantastico e ovunque molto pulito. Camminare nel piccolo villaggio di Akrotiri richiede circa 12 - 15 minuti e è aperto in luoghi, ma c'è un percorso. Ci sono ristoranti locali e due supermercati di buona qualità, nonché una farmacia e un fermo di autobus per accedere all'isola. Le tariffe sono di 2 euro. La terapia è a 20 minuti di autobus con splendide viste in rotta. Il servizio e l'attenzione che abbiamo ricevuto da Marialena e dalla sua collega durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti è stato eccellente. Marialena ci ha mandato dei menu dai ristoranti locali che ci hanno consegnato e abbiamo ordinato attraverso di lei.

Spent 3 nights here with my Husband and nothing is too much trouble. We have experienced excellent customer service before but this was next level. We were very well looked after. The hotel is small and ideal for a restful break. There was always room to sunbathe round the pool. There is an excellent drinks and food service by the pool, with a small indoor area by the bar should you wish to eat inside. The hotel also has a restaurant service in the evening with a small menu, but they prefer if you can book and order ahead. I recommend doing this as the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet is in the restaurant area. The food at breakfast varies and there is something for everyone. If you like a decent cuppa, I would recommend bringing your own teabags. The views at breakfast and at any of the nearby restaurants are stunning. We had a garden view room, which faces the road but you couldn’t hear it. It was a spacious room with its own balcony, sofa, tv, fridge, bathroom and hairdryer. It also had a small key safe. I found the fridge noisier than the air conditioner. The bathroom was small with a small shower but it did the job. The location was very remote, that’s why we chose it. There is a restaurant a few mins walk each side of the hotel and whichever restaurant you choose, the views and the sunsets are incredible. If you want to explore more of Santorini, taxis are expensive. It will cost €15 each way to get down the hill to the village, approximately 1.7 km away and €40 to get to Thira. There is a bus stop in the village. The bus leaves from the bus stop and goes to Thira every 30 mins for €1.80. We walked down to the village and caught the bus and got a taxi back up . Although it’s a down hill walk, it’s not easy as there are not many footpaths. The view makes it worth it though. Taxis and buses are cash only. There is an ATM in the village and lots of lovely restaurants. All restaurants we tried accepts card payments. The staff at the hotel made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. We were given their WhatsApp number so they could book us a taxi home when we were out, brought us wine for drinks on the balcony and the service by the pool was excellent. Plenty of food and drinks were provided with great conversation and a smile. I highly recommended this hotel if you want a quiet break.

A beautiful clean and characterful hotel in a lovely quiet part of Santorini. This hotel is truly 5 star, we had breathtaking views of the Caldera from our balcony and the pool area. Staff are lovely, so attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Sotiris the Supervisor. Always a great welcome at breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Katerina the lead waitress, a great sense of humour and always bringing different greek dishes for us to try. She was so attentive and efficient, a lovely lady. Julio assistant waiter, quiet but so attentive and a real gentleman. Andreas the young bartender, so pleasant and always ready to chat. All the staff deserve our praise including kitchen staff and cleaners but we got to know the ones above really well and there were hugs all round when we left. This lovely hotel is highly recommended.
