Abbiamo passato una notte in questa struttura, scegliendo come opzione l’appartamento al piano terra composto da 3 stanze da letto, 4 bagni, un ampio soggiorno/pranzo, un angolo cottura ed un pregevole spazio esterno dotato di piscina a sfioro prospettante su una delle tante stradine di porto fira. Personale cortese ed ospitale anche se nonostante il check in fosse dalle 15 abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre un’ora in più perché la casa non era pronta. La colazione ci è stata portata nella struttura in comodi contenitori monouso, ricca e gustosa, ci ha donato un piacevole risveglio. Dimitri factotum della struttura ci ha gentilmente portato le valigie e al bar ci é stato offerto da bere per sdebitarsi della attesa. La bella piscina al piano terra è ad uso esclusivo della casa da noi pernottata ma non essendoci nessun separè, la notte è stata usata da chi occupava gli altri appartamenti, cosa non bella ne igienica e per la quale il personale ha fatto spallucce.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been more perfect. I searched high and low for the best villa in Santorini with a private hot tub and a view of the caldera for my honeymoon and I'm so happy we found Thera Villas. The villas are in the perfect location and the staff is phenomenal -- Athena was the sweetest and so responsive! We're already dreaming of coming back for future anniversaries!

Excellent Wifi, the staff and management were very helpful, the manager Athena organized our pick up from the airport, ordered our breakfast in the morning, and was available when needed. It was a perfect private villa with the caldera view. The balcony with the tub was a plus. I'd stay here a thousand times.

Amazing experience at Thera Villas! Our host Athena was very friendly and always ready to help us with any questions. We stayed at the Mansionette room, with Jacuzzi inside and outside the room! With the best view of Fira. We passed by other hotels there but nothing compared to Thera villas view and accommodation. Breakfast comes with many options and delicious! Thank you Athena and the staff that made our stay very comfortable.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The host went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. The view is amazing. The place is clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again no question.

We enjoyed our stay at Thera Villas to the fullest. The maisonette villa is very stylish, with contemporary furniture and modern details. The sunset view is extraordinary, the hot tubs indoor and outdoor are amazing and service in general was perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Wow!Just Amazing! Perfect views of the caldera from our terrace and pool/jacuzzi, just stunning! Great breakfast served on the terrace, clean and well looked after villa with attention to details. Good air conditioning and amenities. Athena is the perfect host and nothing is a problem, she is happy to help to make your stay perfect. I would definitely recommend to stay here and we cannot wait to return. Thank you 🙏 🌅

Great Place for views and enjoying Santorini Vibes. The only problem is the bed. Very bad quality for the price of the villa. The breakfast was ok compare to every other place we had breakfast in the island
