Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, il tipo di camera è buono, la camera d'albergo offre snack gratuiti, capsule di caffè, una bottiglia di vino e la colazione è deliziosa. Anche l'angolazione della telecamera è buona. consiglio!

Fantastica la posizione, vista bellissima, camera carina e bagno top. Letto comodissimo, colazione super, servizio e gentilezza top. Staff gentilissimo. Gadget raffinati e curati. Ad un passo dalla via principale, silenzioso.

Best hotel we have ever been too, what an amazing g place and the hotel was unbelievable, if I could give this a 6* rating g we would, location amazing, views to die for, and rooms spectacular, I would really recommend this hotel, and one of my rides have already booked the proposal in this hotel from our recommendation

Stunning property and views. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find the hotel or parking. Clear instructions should be given on the process of finding the property in order to check-in. It was a bit cumbersome. They made up for the confusion with a wonderful room upgrade and bottle of wine. It was an extremely pleasant stay. We will be back again!

This is one of the BEST boutique hotels in Small Luxury Hotels of the World listing. The accommodations are impeccable and the entire staff is amazingly attentive and provide outstanding customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful hotel. Idyllic view of the caldera. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Our dinner the first night was delicious — and they surprised me with a cake for my birthday.
The spa was also outstanding. Highly recommend.
Only disappointment was a wine tasting they recommended (on their property; In the Cave at Petras. It Felt unplanned and rushed. Otherwise— we had a wonderful stay.

This is a spectacular hotel, the facilities are exceptional, the staff are incredible and the views magnificent. We spent our entire week at the hotel laying around the pool and eating delicious food. The hotel and rooms are spotless and the staff are 'beyond' professional. I will be back soon with my family.

Pros: -The staff was excellent - particularly the staff helping with luggage, cleaning, and front desk. Appreciate the help woth bookings and support via whatsapp. Also given complaint with noise this was dealt with smoothly and we were offerred upgrade to a quieter room -We felt relaxed and every spot in the hotel was picture perfect - from sunrise to sunset -The rooms are elegant white, classic design with comfortable bed -Breakfast was delicious and great view -Spa is 5 mins walk in sister hotel - Canaves Suites. It wasn’t too far however gym was quite busy Cons: -The first room felt noisy (sound from cars on the road nearby driving over pothole or something similar) - as above was rectified by management
