Siamo stati solo al mare e abbiamo pranzato in questo posto dove, come un po' tutti a Santorini, offrono lettini ed ombrelloni gratuiti se ti fermi a pranzo da loro. Ottima accoglienza (anche un po' animata), ottimo cibo in una location del pranzo davvero carina e confortevole. Siamo andati due volte, e siamo stati benissimo entrambe le volte.

Viaggio di coppia con mia moglie per 6 notti. Hotel situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia nera di Perivolos in una posizione ottimale per chi vuole scendere dal letto ed essere immediatamente sul lettino in riva al mare. Ma, purtroppo, c’è sempre un ma. Infatti, abbiamo dovuto constatare che la struttura in se è un po’ vecchiotta, le camere non sono arredate perfettamente anche se pulite (asciugamani da bagno e teli mare un po’ ruvidi). Colazione abbondante ma senza scelta (non è stato mai possibile scegliere cosa mangiare a colazione che per un hotel a 4 stele è veramente un’eresia. L’unica volta in cui ho provato a chiedere se c’era uno yogurt greco mi è stato risposto di NO!). Piscina un po’ piccolina e sezione idromassaggio non funzionante. Spiaggia attrezzata e compresa nel prezzo dell’hotel anche se da quello che abbiamo visto quasi tutte le spiaggia di perivolos sono gratuite. Il personale è sicuramente gentile e disponibile ma il tutto non vale assolutamente il prezzo speso!!!!

My friend and I are just back from a 3 night stay in Seaview Hotel. What can I say, from start to finish the team and service were amazing . The hotel is clean, smelled lovely and fresh and well maintained. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Eg. I’m hoping to come back again with the family and enquired about bigger rooms, George kindly showed us the types of rooms available for our family size and suggested we take note of room numbers so that we could request during booking. The food was second to none, Beautiful breakfast. Great selection available for lunch and dinner too. Waiter service to the beach was efficient and super friendly, like the restaurant.Many thanks to Kostas and the team including Mama who was always in good humour ( early morning and late evening ) pool and surrounds was clean . Beach was literally across the road from hotel and was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping team were lovely and so friendly. This hotel have built up a huge following of returning guests over the years and this was very obvious having spoken to a few of them over the 3 days we were there. Location is spectacular, quiet *****, car rental and buses available to the busier town. Little shop next door for essentials what more could you need. Thanks to everyone for making our brief trip so lovely.

The crew are awesome, they made our afternoon at the restaurant. Friendly and fast service. Food was great, could add more shrimp to the portion . Drinks were awesome, I enjoyed the sunbeds and tranquility at the beach. The rates are very fair as well.

First and most important the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The restaurant makes a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are big and clean. They are a little outdated but everything else about this property makes up for that including the 1 minute walk to the beach and the beautiful pool. The only complaint is the wifi was not consistent. While i did not want to stay on the beach to be stuck on my tablet or phone it is still important to have a good connection in 2023.

All the staff are very friendly and will done anything to help you. The restaurant was outstanding food was very good and priced fairly. Could not belive the choice of restaurants 41 with in walking distance. The beach is fantastic and if you fancy a snack or a drink there's a man that will bring it to you from the restaurant and there is no extra charge.

This hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were exceptional. They were super friendly from the minute we arrived to the time we left. They couldn’t do enough for you and were knowledgeable about the area and helped us with booking things. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and was cleaned daily. The room had a small kitchenette area with a fridge and the basic utensils, but other than a spot of breakfast on the balcony, who would want to stay in a hotel room when the surrounding areas are so beautiful? The area of Perivolos is a perfect base for exploring the island but away from the crowds. Just 15-20 minutes from the airport, the hotel is right on the beach with its own restaurant attached. The food was great and reasonably priced. The hotel has its own sun beds that are free for guests to use and Chris and the Team will bring you any food or drink you want throughout the day. If you want to explore the island, there are buses from just outside the hotel or hire a small car/ATV. Reception helped us book one and had it delivered to the hotel for us. You can visit Fira and Oia for the touristy bit but they are really busy with cruise ship passengers during this time of year. My recommendation for watching the sunset would be to head to Akrotiri. All in all, I cannot praise this hotel enough. One of the best holidays. Highly recommend

We loved the fact the hotel was a family run business and everyone was so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. All the staff were so attentive and looked after us well. The rooms are spacious and cleaned well every day. Fantastic location right on the beach, sun beds and umbrellas were always available. Cris and Ev were amazing, working hard bringing drinks and food to everyone on the beach, always smiling and friendly. Kostas at front of house was also amazing, always smiling and making us laugh! The owners Litsa and Paris run a wonderful hotel with such a caring attitude. George on reception was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Last but not least the restaurant, wow such wonderful food! We did visit other restaurants but nothing compared to Seaview!!

This place is just an old and outdated beach hotel. They have tried to renovate a part of the hotel but still is not enough. The staff was not so helpful, talking a lot but doing nothing. I was a little bit dissapointed when I saw this place live.
