Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il personale era eccezionale e la nostra piscina con vista sulla caldera non era seconda a nessuno. Consiglio vivamente di iniziare da qui.

Hotel e le camere erano immacolate e spaziose! La reception, il ristorante e il personale delle pulizie erano tutti estremamente cordiali e disponibili! Sono sempre pronti a rendere il vostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Possono impostare tutti i noleggi e i tour che desideri. Hanno noleggiato una Polaris RZR per esplorare l'isola e l'hanno fatta aspettare in hotel per noi. Le viste del tramonto sono irreali. La qualità e il servizio della piscina e del ristorante erano fantastici!

This hotel offers an unparalleled experience. The staff’s warm welcome and hospitality is on another level! The room, a blend of traditional and modern design, featured a private balcony and jacuzzi, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The facilities, including an infinity pool and a top-notch restaurant, were exceptional. The concierge arrange memorable activities like sunset cruises, wine tastings ,horse riding , spa and more. Ideal for couples, the resort’s romantic atmosphere and attentive service made my stay truly unforgettable. West East is a serene and luxurious escape that I highly recommend.

I can't say enough about West East Suites. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and welcoming, each with it's own amazing view. There are little touches everywhere - they even have a pillow "menu" that you can request different softer/firmer pillows. The food is to die for - the complementary breakfast is made to order each morning (eggs with tomato and feta or salmon, homemade waffles with fresh fruit and honey were our favorites) and includes the most delicious breads and fruit spreads. But it's the staff that makes this facility what it is. Everyone is warm and genuinely friendly. We had lovely conversations with numerous employees and got to know many of them personally. It's not just that they want to make your stay as special as it can be, they genuinely want to get to know you. I wish every resort was like West East Suites.

Something that we really liked at this property is that all the staff knew us by name and greeted us every time we walked by. The service was personalized and we appreciated this touch. Our suite was modern and pretty artistic. We had an infinity pool and enjoyed almost each night the view of the famous Santorini sunset. The breakfast could be served in room or at the restaurant and was delicious! One night we dined at the hotel’s restaurant and the chef’s creativity on the dishes was a thing! Thank you all!

What an amazing place . Rooms are beautifully designed and in perfect condition . Breathtaking views from room pool . In room breakfasts are real festival. Staff is one of the best I’ve seen worldwide including Chris who pleasantly runs the fly away hotel restaurant, responsive and helpful front desk , cleaners, just everyone. It feels like you’re at home . Super recommended!

West East Suites is one of the most amazing places I have stayed! West East Suites is about 0.8 miles from the center of Imerovigli and located between Fira and Oia in Santorini. During your stay at West East Suites you will experience both the sunrise and sunset from one location! This location is breathtaking and you won’t have to go though crowded areas to experience the beauty of the Santorini Sunrise and the famous Sunset. You will be able to experience it from the balcony with the pool, your room and/or the FlyAway Creative Restaurant. The room was amazing! We had Breakfast in our room (one day at the restaurant). We loved the private heated pool with a spectacular view. The delicious FlyAway Creative Restaurant was steps outside of our room. The views were incredible. There was also easy access to the coastal walkway! West East Suites was wonderful the place is beautiful! I have to say the staff made our stay! You can feel the kindness and genuine positivity from them! The team at West East Suites make you feel like family! Effie and Fay welcomed us right away with kindness, smiles, chilled towels and delicious, refreshing lemonade upon our arrival and after our travels it was exactly what we needed! They went out of their way for us the entire stay and set us up with the best wine tour on the island. The FlyAway Creative Restaurant is delicious. The views are not only unbelievable, they are truly unforgettable regardless of rain (it rarely rains in Santorini but just in case, you have reservations 🙂) or shine it is beautiful! The Staff are amazing! Chris was the best! His kindness, knowledge, professionalism and passion for his profession shine through. Chris shared his knowledge of wine, assisted us in choosing the perfect wine and blew us away! We were also able to meet the owners who were just as kind! Book here! You will love your stay and most importantly your memories!
