La posizione non è facilmente accessibile, puoi solo prendere un taxi costoso per arrivarci. Altri sono merci. Il posto è buono per la disinfezione Covid. Più simile a quello che puoi trovare ad Airnub, in famiglia.

This hotel has no impressive view of scene. Yet, the owner is very nice, helpful and served with great hospitality. Though the room was given a bit late due to urgent fixing room facility, the owner has felt great sorry and allowed delay check-out and complimentary drinks as compensation. There are lots of parking space. If you have a car to drive in Santorini and do not want to pay extra money for scenic view, I would say En Plo is the most value-for-money choice.

A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!) Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?

非常糟糕的酒店，酒店就是一個黑店。一間房一晚上1.5歐的環境税，酒店經理收了我們15歐，剛開我們沒有反應過來。後邊看預訂訂單才發現環境税衹需要交1.5歐，後邊找到前台理論，前台不僅態度惡劣，還拒絕取消第二天的房間，完完全全是一個黑店，而且整個服務態度非常糟糕。並且這家酒店非常偏僻，離景點中心很遠，酒店周圍跟荒漠一樣，黑燈瞎火，什麼都沒有。打車到中心，8分鐘車程，酒店要收我們160人民幣，簡直太嚇人了。找到攜程處理，攜程的處理態度也非常消極，一味推卸責任，就是一個黑平台➕黑店，去聖託里尼玩兒的小夥伴們，大家一定擦亮眼睛，千萬千萬不要訂這家酒店。也千萬千萬不要在攜程上訂酒店了，黑平台➕黑酒店，太嚇人了。

滿分的酒店，非常熱情好客的店主，房間很大很舒適，衛生整潔，還有按摩熱水池。 因為這趟是求婚之旅，酒店還幫忙訂了鮮花，也送了香檳給我們慶祝。酒店餐廳的味道也是一流，每天的早餐也非常豐盛。

剛入住即是晴天霹靂，一地螞蟻，酒店僅補償了一次叫車服務，甚至沒有給我們更換房間。在退房收取城市税的時候，本應該收取3歐，老闆開口要收10歐，還好我清楚應該付多少…不然被白白收取7歐。酒店的位置並不好，去Oia或者Fira兩個小鎮遊玩的話衹能通過打車36歐前往。酒店內沒有免費的瓶裝水，這與產品頁面顯示的不符，在我通過攜程管家要求後，酒店才給我們兩瓶水，並且第二晚拒絕給我們免費提供瓶裝水。

離伊亞小鎮巴士十分鐘的路程，如果從菲拉坐車到伊亞鎮不要下來，與司機講到這個酒店，司機會停的。2個歐的車費。老闆很熱情，還會教你幾句常用的希臘語。印象最深的還是老闆的娘（媽媽）的手藝，意麪真好吃，是在希臘期間最好吃的，沒有之一。難忘！

L'hotel è perfetto per cura dell'ospite, pulizia, cura degli ambienti comuni, piscina,ampiezza delle stanze, tranquillità. Ottimo!!! La sua posizione però necessita la disponibilità di un mezzo per spostarsi: ci sono i bus pubblici che passano davanti ma con orari fissi e non sempre comodi. Comunque, con una macchina a disposizione, location super consigliata

Attenzione, non restare qui! Ho prenotato una suite per la luna di miele tramite un fantastico agente di viaggio con mesi di anticipo per me e mia moglie per festeggiare la nostra luna di miele in Grecia. Quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti da Sergio che ha affermato che la suite luna di miele era stata prenotata due volte e ci avrebbe messo in una "camera di categoria superiore", pur essendo piuttosto arrogante e scortese riguardo alla nostra situazione. Questa camera era nella parte anteriore della proprietà e non aveva privacy a differenza della suite luna di miele che avevamo prenotato, e avevamo altre persone o ospiti che camminavano costantemente vicino alla nostra camera e alla vasca idromassaggio. La differenza nelle camere era evidente in quanto la camera "migliorata" aveva un bagno peggiore (inclusa una stanza di cemento con un rubinetto per la doccia) ed era molto più buia all'interno. Vedi l'immagine per la differenza tra la suite luna di miele e la camera che ci è stata assegnata. L'hotel è anche molto lontano da qualsiasi sito o ristorante di Santorini, e i taxi sono molto costosi da e per l'hotel. Abbiamo finito per lasciare il nostro soggiorno un paio di giorni prima e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto migliore presso l'hotel Myst Boutique che offre un'ospitalità eccezionale e servizi di taxi fino a Oia. Ho avuto una bella interazione con la madre di Sergio, che è stata molto gentile nel portarci il taxi LONTANO da questo posto.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this special hotel! Sergios and his family made our stay comfortable, memorable and made us feel like family. As a family of 4 we were pleasantly surprised to have 2 separate rooms, with 3 beds in total with a TV in each room, and a nice sized washroom. This cozy hotel has 8 beautiful suite-like rooms and is located right across from both a bus stop and the ocean/small beach. The included breakfast at this hotel is no joke! Fresh made daily and never ending - come ready to eat a variety of Greek breakfast staples that changes slightly every day! The pool, hotel and all amenities are kept immaculately clean and everyone is kind and helpful. The room came with 4 cloth bathrobes and 4 pairs of slippers to wear around the resort! Sergio helped us book a rental car and a catamaran cruise which made everything super convenient. The hotel restaurant served amazing food, fresh and prepared by Sergio’s mom every day! We felt very prioritized and cared for at this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Santorini. Accessing the busier parts of the city is easy with a rental car or the bus system. It’s an amazing oasis to relax in after touring Oia or Fira. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at En Plo Boutique Hotel in Santorini. The entire place was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The food was a highlight—especially the prawns and Red mullet, which were simply delicious. Sergio and his team were warm and welcoming, and Sergio himself was incredibly friendly and charming. He even taught us a few words in Greek, adding a personal touch to our experience. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. We stayed in En Plo suites in June and received very warm and welcoming hospitality from Sergio and his mother. Our room was clean and hotel had lovely view of sea. We even saw beautiful sunrise from our hotel. We had amazing home made breakfast made by lovely lady, Sergio’s mother. Sergio was very helpful nd have lots of information to do in Santorini which was very helpful for us to make plan. We just want to sure thank you for having us and see you soon again.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at En Plo with Sergio and his family. Sergio made us feel very welcome from the first meeting, and this continued throughout the week we were there. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with staff seen constantly around the rooms and communal areas making sure everything is just right. The hotel consists of 8 suites, ours being very spacious with an area that has a fridge. Breakfast consists of a multitude of items that include tea/coffee/orange juice, Greek Yoghurt, spinach pastries, cakes, and eggs as you like them. Far too much for us to eat on some mornings. Lunch and evening meals are cooked to order, by mum, which again are plentiful and superbly cooked! The hotel is situated in a remote area that overlooks the sea, there aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby, but Oia is just 5-7 minutes around the bay. We took taxi’s, ordered by Sergio, (€20 each way) but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel which goes into Thira or Oia for €2, I am told. We couldn’t fault this hotel, we felt so welcome by Sergio and the families personal service (he even put a bottle of wine (at our request) in our room whilst we were on a trip) we will definitely be returning.
