Ecco una vera e propria oasi greca in questa bellissima ma altrettanto turistica isola. Qui ci siamo sentiti veramente come quando giravamo le cicladi ed il dodecanneso in moto tanti anni fa: atmosfera assolutamente familiare e personale fantastico. Gli studios sono molto curati e vicinissimi al centro. Un grazie particolare a Sissy che si è dimostrata una padrona di casa perfetta.

Proprietari super disponibili, le camere sono semplici e pulite. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto interessante. Bar sempre aperto a bordo piscina. Sembra di essere in famiglia Lo consiglio sicuramente

Roula Villa è un un microcosmo i cui dettagli bianchi e blu trasmettono una sensazione di piacevolezza e serenità. In tre minuti si raggiunge forse il tratto più bello della spiaggia di Perissa. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a fornire consigli preziosi. Camere pulitissime e confortevoli. Consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi e raggiungere subito un mare splendido!

Staff eccezionale , tutti con il sorriso e molto disponibili . Ti accolgono facendoti una presentazione dell’isola e dandoti molti consigli su posti da visitare , ristoranti ecc . Persone gentilissime che ti fanno sentire a casa . La zona è tranquilla , c’è un ampio parcheggio e noleggiando un mezzo si possono raggiungere i luoghi più famosi dell’isola in circa mezz’ora . L’hotel ha una piscina con sdrai attorno dove si sta benissimo e un bar che offre ogni ben di dio con musica in sottofondo. È un ambiente molto rilassante . La nostra camera aveva il balcone , un letto comodo , una cucina spaziosa con tutto l’occorrente e un bagno con una doccia molto grande . Tutto pulitissimo .. Super consigliato! Grazie Roula Villa per averci fatto sentire come a casa .

Sono stata con le mie amiche in viaggio in Grecia per un addio al nubilato. La camera è stata meravigliosa super pulita e il ragazzo della reception presente e disponibile anche molto simpatico! Abbiamo adorato il nostro week end a Santorini!!! Struttura super approvata!!

Ottima location, confortevole e pulita, con una piscina al centro e vasca idromassaggio. I gestori Sissi ed Angelo sono molto gentili e disponibili, in particolare Sissi è sempre sorridente e pronta a risolvere ogni esigenza e ti mette a proprio agio. Consigliano e spiegano le località da visitare di tutta l'isola. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. Per chi vuole cucinare c'è anche la cucina con fornello ad induzione. La doccia è spaziosa, TV, asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Il prezzo vale il posto. Location consigliatissima. Un caro saluto a Sissi ed alla sua gentile famiglia. Bravi, fanno bene il proprio lavoro.

Ottima sistemazione con il massimo dei confort, posizione ottima ,adiacente alla spiaggia e a pochi metri dal centro. Arredamento elegante e molto curato . Posto da consigliare a chiunque, personale gentile e disponibile. Frasson Fabio

We booked last minute and Roula appointments was recommended by family who had stayed there before. We had a lower level room and although it was basic, it was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed the food and drinks on offer. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. The apartments are in a fantastic location to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We never stayed round the pool bar in the evening but opted to go out instead. We personally didn't find the apartments noisy at night. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again!

Four of us had a wonderful stay at Roula Villas. It was lovely to finally meet Sissy and her family after many months of communicating to secure our booking, which we did directly. Chris and George also were particularly helpful and friendly to myself and my 3 adult children. We had the family room, which we loved with the spiral staircase and balconies. The apartment was clean and modern with lovely linen and towels. We had a few swims in the inviting pool - nice temperature too. It was in a great location close to the 24 hour bakery and an easy walk to the beach. We would highly recommend Roula Villas.

This is our favorite place in Santorini. We stayed there 2 years ago, and we are coming back this year to meet up with all our friends . It feels like home, plus be sure that you will meet beautiful people at the pool bar. Highly recommended if you prefer authentic places. 👌

Booked to go back next year - need I say more! Perfect hosts, lovely staff, stunning views. Lovely clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Great location for getting to the bus stop and a short walk to the beach.

This place is a little gem in Perissa- Sissy and her brother have created a beautiful hideaway that's also just few minutes walk to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff are so friendly and helpful - such a warm welcome and explained the area and best places to go -special mention for Chris who was fabulous.   We loved it so much we decided to stay longer!

After searching online for somewhere to stay for our friends wedding in santorini, within our budget and reading all positive reviews of roula villas, it was exactly how we imagined it. Extremly friendly staff. Made us feel at home. Lovely place to stay. Very close to beach and restaurants. Bus stop close. To travel to firra and oia. We would deffinitly come back. Thanks. The accomodation is not the most luxurious you'll ever find but, by Greek standards, it's very good. The water pressure is a little inconsistent - I found myself covered head to toe in soap wondering just when the water was going to come out of the shower again - but that just adds to the charm really. Cleaning - excellent. Beds - very comfortable. Pool - decent size and there was always a couple of free sunbeds available. The fact that they're right outside the rooms makes for a bit of territorial battle but it's all in the head and nothing said. Then we come to Sissi, Angelo, Gabby, Chris and Eirene. Absolutely the very best hosts we have ever stayed with in any hotel anywhere. If you're a very private person then you might struggle a bit, but they just open up to you and welcome you into the family. So much so that it was Angelo's birthday on the Sunday while we were there and all guests were invited to a barbeque served on the bar. While we were there we met couples that have been returning year on year for up to twenty years. I can really see why. If we ever come back to Perissa then there's absolutely no question where we will be staying.
